Deceptional overall service. On April 12th, I received a call 30 minutes ago from a honda dealership. The guy asked for me in spanish, and i responded to him in english asking who he was looking for, he then said that he was looking for me and wanted to know if i was interested in buying or trading in my current honda. i told him i was not interested at the time and asked him if my language preferences were set to spanish. he said no. so i told him it was not professional for him to assume that i speak spanish just because my name is Maria. he then just said have a good day and hung up on me. this is HORRIBLE service. I tried looking up a corporate number for me to complain to and did not find one. I called back and the agent that answered told me the manager in charge would call me back by th following weekend. This is unacceptable and disapointed a big company like this has employees like this representing them. Today, June, I came at the time I made an appointment to online where I requested to visit the service center to have an oil change done, tire rotation, etc done and when I spoke to the person assigned to me, which I believe was Travis, it made my Honda experience worse. When I requested a rental car online prior to my visit, I asked him about it when I dropped off my car. He first said he didn't see a request on his computer. Then when I showed him the email confirmation of my appointment indicating the arrangements I had requested, he said that because I had only listed an oil change to get done, I couldn't get the rental because they don't do car rentals through them, he would have to shuttle me somewhere else. I didn't see that disclaimer when I made my appointment online and he continued to display a combative demeanor saying he didn't show on his computer that I made that request(even though I showed him the email). I didn't get an apology or anything from him, just a bad experience. This will be the last time I get my Honda serviced at this specific location. Since I wrote this review the same day that I was at the dealership, they received my email right away. I was confronted about it by Travis and asked if I wanted to speak t his manager. I said no, that I had written about my experience and had nothing else to say. He then offered to credit me for my oil change if I would retract my online review, I advised him I was not in it for the money, that a simple apology from him would have sufficed. He then made remarks to me about "oh so you don't care that someone is losing money from their paycheck?". I then repeated myself that I wrote about the service he provided me and he was yet to apologize to me. He spoke to me in a condescending tone and took my payment and handed me my keys. No thank you, didn't even tell me where my car was parked. This is very unprofessional. I did NOT expect to get confronted about this by this man. The most embarrassing thing was that I had my ten year old niece with me and she witnessed the entire thing. The gentleman who was helping me prior to this happening gave me a pamphlet with the things my car needed. I was considering getting the entire service done on my car that day, but then I did not feel comfortable to do so after this encounter. More
Rude service manager and service assistant. Today I went in to get a new tire. I informed the assistant that I usually work with Daniel . Unfortunately he was not in. I asked if they could price match Discount tire and he said No. They don't do that. I told him that Daniel always price matches Bell Honda for me . He told me Daniel could get fired for that. I asked to speak to the service manager. He was just as rude. I left and went to discount tire and bought 4 tires! Not only that, I got home and found a coupon from Showcase Honda that says Price match!! Tomorrow I will bring the coupon to the General Manager. More

I was treated like a fool, They are liars, dishonest I called them to ask if I could get a baske red Accord Touring,I told them that I work alot, and did not have time to waste. They (the manager, Blake) assured me they could have the car in a few days, He said they had two on another lot that were promised to them and that I should come down and make a deal. I specifically told him if he wasted my time I would never bye a car from them. He told me no problem. I went there after work with my wife and met with a salesman (Dave) who told my they did not have any Touring's available after two hours, I wanted to speak to Blake but he was busy on other deals they told me. When I told them I was going to wait for him they came back and told me he had a family emergency and had left. They flat out lied to me to get me to go there. Then did not even have the courage to face me and apologize . I went to Right Honda and ordered the car at a good price I was happy with, They did not pull no crap and gave me an honest deal and treated me like a person. Frustrating Lack of Transparency & Unnecessary High Cost The cost for service was simply way more than any other place we shopped for the exact same replacement of a part & the labor associated with it. I felt disappointed and frustrated that I was told this was a "large job" that would take them two days to somehow complete, but the place I went to was able to do the entire replacement for half the cost, the same result, and within a 1 hour time span. More

Service Department lacks the necessary skills I bought a van there and negotiated the towing package as part of the price. They installed it, but it didn't work. I brought it back and they claimed it worked, but it did not. They also ruined the trim inside the car brought the seat belt our of the wrong spot when they tried to troubleshoot it. The service center claimed it was not them. Since they were the only ones to work on my car since I bought it, the only other option is that it came that way and I never noticed it. I doubt that. I brought it to another mechanic to look at it and found out they forgot to put the fuses into the car when they installed the towing package. They had issues and kept calling me to tell me that they where purchased and there was a new service department. I guess they may have made it worse instead of better. I will not be going back there for anything. More
Sales hungry stereotypical horrible dealership I know I know everyone says it but if I could there would be NO STAR!!! Where to start...well to start talked to only managers in my time with this company and I was sent through so much crap I don't think the smell will ever come out of my shoes. First, they tried to sell the original price on a car and get me to sign a hand written statement saying that I would agree to pay an amount no matter what if they found a bank... no APR... no term length just sign this shady looking piece of paper. Second, I told them a lot of things like I need to go to work, mind if we finish this in the morning... or I really want this feature in a car... or I can afford this much. ALL IGNORED. Straight sales tunnel vision, no warmth no concern for what the consumer wanted. Now mind you, I had 2000 cash in hand for a down payment... so I wasn't looking for the impossible. Any way we found a car, stayed there until I was late for work at my overnight job that doesn't start until 10 pm just to get called back in three days later to be told that they would need an additional 1000 down. We promptly denied and offered their car back. After some down talking to us, and questioning our understanding of the loan process I had to simply ask for my money back. The agent left the room for a long time before I had to walk to the front counter and request someone for assistance which took another long period of time. After finally returning with another person I was told to wait while they talked. My patience lasted all about 5 mins at this point so I went on in and just asked outright if there was something I signed that said I had to pay whatever price they said. They told me know and I simply asked again for my money back so I could get on with my night and start car shopping again. They again tried to pull more slick talking before I almost lost it and they finally walked me out to get my charges reversed on my card. Of course NO ONE at this GIANT dealership knew how to do a refund except two people that were not present (again I am working with a manager) so we are told we will be called first thing in the morning when they reverse the charge. Now I forgot to mention that when I was called in for all of this I was simply told there was a bank change and I just needed to swing by to sign something. After nearly two hours I had to take my groceries out of my ex-new car and my wife and I had to UBER home. No offer for another more affordable car at all, no empathy and obvious corporate run sales hungry stereotypical sales people. I regret not looking up these reviews before I ever stepped foot in there. More
