Though ended up paying more than my budget but was worth it for the EX version I got instead of LX. He was patient, polite and respectful throughout the process. This is my first car in US and I am delighted. There are few fixes that needs to be done and since they have promised for it looking forward to it in a week's time. More

Bait and Switch Complete awful experience. Was offered a trade at a certain value and had my credit run. Was texted by a finance officer that the deal was done that Complete awful experience. Was offered a trade at a certain value and had my credit run. Was texted by a finance officer that the deal was done that I wanted. When I went in to sign papers, the deal was completely changed. They offered less than original amount for the trade, and changed the payoff they agreed upon. The games of leaving me in the finance office was a joke. They waited 2 days for me to have the car to bait and switch. I agree with Aaron M that they are 100% shady. I have text message of the original deal, but changed at signing. It was a gift for my wife, so it was a challenge to go back on the deal. I will never do business with showcase again. Even the finance person offered his mobile and kept me waiting for any information. Complete joke and I would recommend going elsewhere. More
