I met with Sam 30 days ago to purchase a new V6 Accord EXL but had a car with negative equity and although the price he offered was excellent, it did not make sense for us at the time. Since then, we sold our car and Sam really stepped up and we just purchased our Accord last Friday. Sam did not realize we were coming in and actually came in late after being home with his family. I felt terrible when i found that out, but what customer service! I would recommed Showcase and specifically Sam when considering a vehicle in Phoenix. More

I purchased a new car from Showcase Honda in Nov-2007. I also purchased an Extended Warranty under one condition that my Tires be covered for regular wear and tear under this warranty. I paid 2200 dollars f also purchased an Extended Warranty under one condition that my Tires be covered for regular wear and tear under this warranty. I paid 2200 dollars for this coverage. After driving my car for two-and-half years, I recently visited Showcase Honda Service to change my tires using Extended Warranty coverage. I found out that Extended Warranty does not cover regular wear and tear on my Honda CR-V tires. The sales person who sold me The Extended Warranty coverage falsely advertised tire coverage. Please buyers beaware of this SCAM??????????????? More

I am a person that purchases cars every 12-18 months and have met many cars sales people. After a lack of follow up and basic disregard for customer service with another North Phoenix dealership, I reached have met many cars sales people. After a lack of follow up and basic disregard for customer service with another North Phoenix dealership, I reached out to Showcase Honda via internet. Sam responded to my request within minutes and we made an appointment. Although we were not able to make a deal, I have to say I have never seen a sales person work so hard to try and get the numbers to work. Based on my experience, you knew he was going to bat with his managers to make the deal a win-win. Because of that, my father wanted to purchase a Honda Accord and I reached out to Sam the next weekend. Long story short, they made a deal! If it were not for the way he treated me the weekend prior (even though we were not able to make a deal), the way he handled it still made me recommend my father. My fathers deal was easy, quick and Sam really made him feel like a person and not just another sale. I do not usually feel the need to write a review on a car dealership or sales person, but they earned it. I would recommend giving Sam and Showcase an opportunity any time! Jeff Gillick More

Sal Pignata is our hero! We had been hauling a U-Haul trailer with faulty lights behind our Honda Ridgeline from Monterey, CA to Phoenix AZ. We had gone nearly 3 days without sufficient sleep, and no on trailer with faulty lights behind our Honda Ridgeline from Monterey, CA to Phoenix AZ. We had gone nearly 3 days without sufficient sleep, and no one else had been able to help us. During our trip, we had one U-Haul technician come to try to unsuccessfully fix the issue, and we stopped three more times at different U-Haul facilities in the area to try to fix the problem. After being repeatedly told that the problem was with our vehicle, we looked up the safest, most direct route to your dealership. Although you dealership/service center was quite busy, Sal got us in right away and identified the problem as a blown fuse in a secondary fusebox that no one else had identified. He assured us that the problem was with the antiquated U-Haul trailer and not the truck, and after getting us stocked up with numerous replacement fuses, he sent us on our way in less than 15 minutes. He even graciously accepted a hug from a heat-stricken, exhausted, crazy-seeming me, and was nothing less than perfectly professional, helpful, and wonderful. I do not know who I should write to to request that this man be given a huge raise, but if someone could kindly direct me to the correct person, I would be most grateful.
