The passenger side rear view mirror needed to be replaced (I may or may not have hit it when I was backing out of the garage, it wasn't covered under warranty, you do the math). The part wasn't in stock so (I may or may not have hit it when I was backing out of the garage, it wasn't covered under warranty, you do the math). The part wasn't in stock so it had to be ordered, it came in the very next day. I was only there long enough to get some popcorn and it was done. Great Service department! More
The entire experience at Showcase Honda was exceptional, from the time I walked in the dealership from the time that I drove off with my car. We discussed the type of vehicle I was interested in and went for a test drive. After we worked out a deal I went to finance which was pretty quick. (compared to my last experience). I knew that Showcase Honda was one of the larger dealers in the area. I had purchased my 02 Odyssey from Showcase and hoped to get the same satisfaction that I had received the first time. My salesman was Andy Savage and we hit it off right away,and was impressed with his professsionalism at all times. I loved his British accent and shared a story or two of my experiences in jolly old England. We agreed on a price after a short time and everything went fairly smoothly through the finance dept and the pre delivery inspection. A white touring model w/beige interior was a rare find in March, but showcase had it and I jumped on it. I would reccomend Andy and Showcase Honda to any one of my friends looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Outstanding customer service and salesman skills. His manager and our financial processer, Jamie?, made our day at Honda a pleasant personal experience. This is the first time we have turned around a leased vehicle. We were short of the three year window on the lease and responded to a letter from Showcase Honda stating we could get into a newer model at basically the same monthly payment and nothing down........We did put money down, as it turns out, but the amount negotiated was manageble and we're thrilled with the 2011 CRV picked up right off the delivery truck. Leasing turns out to be a win win for us with lower payments and insurance costs. Barbara and David Palmer More

Showcase is a "case" all right.... They just pulled an offer away because I did not buy their add on's... Had the deal all worked out and then they refused to honor it because I did not buy pai pulled an offer away because I did not buy their add on's... The salesman had a memory lapse and the sales managers are an unstable lot - blame the customer for trying to negotiate a fair deal... They are a pretty insulting entity - - go somewhere else!!! More
