Showcase Honda

I was going from dealer to dealer and I wish I would have just saved the time and gone to Showcase Honda first. I know Hondas have a great reputation and the resale value is important. She really cared if the Accord was right for me and my budget, then found a way to make it work for me. Everybody there treated me really nicely. Even the music at Showcase Honda was much better than the music playing at other dealerships. I strongly recommend checking them out, even if you were not considering a Honda. More

The sales department was fine and Paul did a great job. It has been a nightmare with the finance department. It is now 30 days since I bought the car and the loan for my trade-in has yet to be paid. I traded in my 2004 Ford Focus to this dealership and was "pre-approved for a 2007 Honda CRV. They were in such a hurry to stuff me in this vehicle that they uninstalled my sons carseat from my Ford and "pre-approved for a 2007 Honda CRV. They were in such a hurry to stuff me in this vehicle that they uninstalled my sons carseat from my Ford and swore someone would be able to reinstall it correctly in the CRV. I was unfamilliar with the latch system and after seeing the botched job they tried to do when reinstalling the carseat in the CRV, I ended up needing a friend to come help me. After driving the CRV for 2 straight weeks, I received a phone call to come down to Showcase and sign paperwork. At that time the Finance Dept. tried to renegotiate a monthly payment with me that would entail me spending an additional $50 per month. I continuously stated that I was uncomfortable with this and they then re-negotiated a payment for $20 dollars cheaper which I had agreed to. After signing most of the paperwork and about 4 hours after being there, they then explained to me that they had to take away my extended warranty and GAP insurance to get me to that payment per month ONLY after I had asked about it. I ended up walking away from this deal! They were shady about giving my deposit back to me and lost the small lock/unlock box that went with the key that I'd given them to my Ford. This dealership is the SHADIEST of SHADY!!!!! Be careful when doing business with them and if you are a single female, DO NOT go alone for they will discriminate against you and try to take you for all you will fall for. I was able to get a 2012' Toyota RAV4 from the Toyota Dealership on 99th and Mcdowell for $500 less down and $80 less per month. Don't be scammed. Shop around and do your research!!! More

My husband and I have not bought from a car dealer since 1999 and have purchased our last 2 cars from private owners. We have always liked the Honda Accords and wanted a brand new car. Vince Mytko made us feel comfortable from the get go and not pressured at all!! He let us test drive as many cars as we wanted and was so patient with us through out the entire process. We were given options as far as purchasing and/or leasing the car. Everything was great from beginning to end. I wish I could remember the financial officer (a girl) that we signed with. She was fast and very efficient (man she knows what she is doing) during the signing of all papers. She was there Tuesday, June 12th about 5- 6 PM. Overall, our first visit to a car dealership in 11-12 years was stupendous thanks to your salesman Vince Mytko and of course the closer!!!! More
