After agreeing to a price and having me drive 30 minutes to the dealer, they tried to re-work the deal. They changed the advertised price on the car, added over $1400 in dealer addons, then changed the offer on my trade by $4000. In addition they play the "Let me go sell this to my boss" and "This trade is so nice I want to buy it for myself," I seriously had to check for my wallet after being around these con artists. "Best car buying experiance ever" I have purchase numerous cars in the pass and I have never experience a car buying experience like the one I experienced on 11/24/2015 @ showcase Hond I have purchase numerous cars in the pass and I have never experience a car buying experience like the one I experienced on 11/24/2015 @ showcase Honda with Tevin Blevins. This young man greeted me at the door, listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me only what I asked for. Tevin was very professional and stayed with me throughout the whole process. Everyone I encountered at showcase Honda was very nice. I will be a life long customer thanks to the staff @ showcase Honda and Tevin Blevins. I love my new Honda Accord, Thank you!!! More

Met all of my wants and a very good asking price so decided to visit the dealership. Granted the asking price advertised does not include sales tax, registration, and all the other fees associated with buying a used car, but on this car the asking price did not include the requirements to certify also. This added up to around $2,000. Not sure if this is standard practice when buying a certified car, but to me, this is a little deceiving. Now I would still recommend this dealership because after negotiating for awhile, a fair purchase price was agreed upon that was very close to the advertised asking price. The salesman was not pushy or arrogant and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. More

In 2012 we left Phoenix and its now 2015 but they continue to call us almost weekly to try to get us to come in and trade in our car. Well since 2013 when they started harassing us I've told them repeatedly that we no longer live in Phoenix and when we are ready to trade in the car we will do so at our local dealer in Las Vegas. Well the calls continue, we have now traded our 2012 Accord for a 2014 at a dealer in Las Vegas and they continue to call us and each time I ask them to stop calling they say they will update the notes. Well today they called again (11/24/15) and the gentlemen informed me that there is no note on our profile stating not to call us anymore. I've emailed and called the GM of the dealer and no response from them either. I have reported this dealer to the FCC as well and contacted Honda Customer Care but was told they can't do anything about it. I love my Honda but I'm getting so sick of the telemarketing. I've gone as far as contacted them through Facebook and no response. I am not upset over the service they provided when we used them I'm simply irate over the fact that they keep calling us to try to get us to drive to Phoenix to purchase a car that I can purchase down the street from me and they wont honor my repeated requests. Maybe this bad review will get their attention. More
Worst ever . Made me chaBeg my choice of car the manager talked like he was doing me a favor selling the car . The sales person was nice and I wanted to make a deal but as soon as the manager( I the manager talked like he was doing me a favor selling the car . The sales person was nice and I wanted to make a deal but as soon as the manager( I thinks his name was angel ) came in and we were discussing the deal he was rude , arrogant and made us wait for a long time. I did not expect this type of service from a Honda . Later he called me and spoke even more rude than before . Sorry to say but I would never recommend to going to them eapeicially talking to that manager. More

I am right now exploring cars because I do want to buy a new car and I decided to look at Honda. I went into this place to simply look at Honda Civics to see if I would be interested some day but the sharks swarmed me. The second I pulled in the lot a car salesman came up to me and asked me what I wanted. I said I was there to LOOK at Honda Civics. I have never owned a Honda so I simply wanted to explore Honda as a possibility. I made it quite clear that I was not going to buy a car that day because I wanted to look at other models too. The first thing they did was to start asking me what payments I wanted and they wanted the keys to my car so they could appraise it. I kept telling them I was not ready for that yet but they would not relent. I finally gave them the keys (the biggest mistake I made) and then they started to try to talk payments with me. No matter how much I told them I was not interested in payments yet, that I simply wanted to explore my options they would not relent. I did test drive a Honda Civic and I told them that I would keep it in mind but they would not give up. At this point they had the keys to my car so I had not much choice but to listen to their pushy sales talk. They came back with a payment sheet no matter after I had told them a hundred times I did not want to discuss payments and that I was simply looking at my options. After I was at the dealership for 3 hours listening to them try to convince me to buy the car (I had to, they had my keys), I finally had to get downright nasty with them. I did have a second set of keys on me so I could leave even though they had my keys. I showed them the second set and told them I can leave at any time I want since I have my second set of keys but If I do leave using my second set that the second I get off the lot I was going to call the police! They finally relented and gave me my keys. These people do not want to respect the fact that buying a car is not like buying a loaf of bread in a grocery store. It is a major decision in one's life that can not be made in a single visit to a car dealership. This stressfull, major decision is only made worse when you have to be in a shark tank to do it. I am still considering Honday, in fact today I went to Tempe Honda to look at cars and I was very impressed with them! They were very respectful of me and my major decision. If I decided to go the Honda route I will defiitely go with them and avoid the shark tank at this place! Avoid this place at all costs! I can not understand why any car dealership would think that these tactics are an effective way of selling cars. I do not think taking customer's keys from them and refusing to return them is good customer service nor do I think it is an effective way of selling vehicles. More
bait and switch Went to dealership on 8/2/2015 after I got email confirmation on price and sales person saying they have Showcase Honda GM onsite to approve any deal. Went to dealership on 8/2/2015 after I got email confirmation on price and sales person saying they have Showcase Honda GM onsite to approve any deal. Upon Reaching to dealership First they can't find the car in Inventory. They asked me to pick another color - I picked to avoid another trip. They agreed on price - 3 sales man including sales Manager. Started paper work and took my detail. Asked me to ring the bell and they all started clapping and congratulating me Spend 3-4 hours and finally I asked my ride to leave beveling these people. Now come the Surprise person - some Finance guy come and says he can't sell the car Reason for not selling - calculation error My questions to them - 1- I had been exchanging email since last 1 weeks and they confirmed price in email - why didn't they calculate then 2- In dealership Sales person, general manager and internet director agreed on price after 2 hours of showing them proof of email and discussions. - why didn't they check before agreeing There Answer - 1. Sorry Sorry 2. I feel like bad stomach and throwing up One more surprise I got after that is they pulled my credit with out approvals. Scams to Avoid 1. Don't trust Internet sales as once you visit dealership they act as you are new and start over again -- There way of bringing people to dealership. 2. Don't fall on Credit score scam as they will tell you I need to pull your credit - this is there way of tricking you. 3. Never fall for bell or Dong thing as they make you ring before selling the car to show other - selling tricks. Wow what a nice guy..... Can't wait to buy my new car I was talking to him and he was so professional about my next move. I currently am i an accord lease on the east coast, expecting to move to the area I was talking to him and he was so professional about my next move. I currently am i an accord lease on the east coast, expecting to move to the area, and we discussed my current options, the bells and whistles on my current car i didn't know about which the dealer here didn't tell me about and Alan made my day. He was knowledgeable on how to get me from my lease to my own, and I"m so excited to go down and pick up my new car from him. Best in service, and best in price. More
Best car buying experience ever!!! I have bought, traded-in, and sold many cars in my 40 years. The experience I had with the personnel at Showcase Honda was the absolute very best I've I have bought, traded-in, and sold many cars in my 40 years. The experience I had with the personnel at Showcase Honda was the absolute very best I've ever experienced! I walked in not wanting to experience any high pressure sales, games, and wanting their best out the door price on a 2015 Honda Pilot with 4WD. My salesman, (Atul) Sharma, was to the point and extremely professional. As I was in the dealership, I was called by the General Salesman, Arnold (I previously inquired about a 4WD Pilot online). I told Arnold my situation and what I was willing to do. It took Arnold just a few minutes to look over the deal, and he gave me the absolute best out the door price he could give me (I'm very familiar with the car sales business, and I had already ran all the numbers myself. My father retired as a VP for a large dealer on the East Coast. Though, I had not shared this with any of the personnel at Showcase Honda.). Arnold's numbers were actually better than what I had expected and so I knew I could absolutely trust him and his personnel there. During my time there I was also helped by Willy and Juan. Juan had helped me occupy my 2 year old daughter (She was bored by the car buying experience 15 minutes in.). In finance I met with Joe who gave me the run down of my deal patiently, quickly, and in detail. I will absolutely buy from Showcase Honda again. I have a lot of family in AZ and I will absolutely recommend Showcase Honda. Their personnel are the very best in the business. More
Shocked at the manager's rudeness For the first time in my car buying experience, today at Showcase Honda I was made to feel like I was not worth the dealership's time. At every junctu For the first time in my car buying experience, today at Showcase Honda I was made to feel like I was not worth the dealership's time. At every juncture, I had to prove that I was serious about buying. The salesperson and manager essentially tried to arm-wrestle me into signing on a blank line to show my "seriousness". When I refused to do it, they told me that they cannot negotiate the deal further. At this point, I felt like this would not be a good business relationship and told them so. Instead of changing their approach, the manager simply told me that there are plenty of other dealerships I could take my business to. If I am going to spend two hours at the dealership trying to negotiate a deal, it is because I am serious about buying and I would not want the dealership question my commitment. Sorry, Showcase Honda. Your employees and even some of your managers need a Courtesy 101 course. Aggressiveness and rudeness will not win you many customers. The manager was right. There are plenty of dealerships that I can take my business to, and I absolutely intend to do that. More
