Service Department lacks the necessary skills I bought a van there and negotiated the towing package as part of the price. They installed it, but it didn't work. I brought it back and they claimed it worked, but it did not. They also ruined the trim inside the car brought the seat belt our of the wrong spot when they tried to troubleshoot it. The service center claimed it was not them. Since they were the only ones to work on my car since I bought it, the only other option is that it came that way and I never noticed it. I doubt that. I brought it to another mechanic to look at it and found out they forgot to put the fuses into the car when they installed the towing package. They had issues and kept calling me to tell me that they where purchased and there was a new service department. I guess they may have made it worse instead of better. I will not be going back there for anything. More
Sales hungry stereotypical horrible dealership I know I know everyone says it but if I could there would be NO STAR!!! Where to start...well to start talked to only managers in my time with this company and I was sent through so much crap I don't think the smell will ever come out of my shoes. First, they tried to sell the original price on a car and get me to sign a hand written statement saying that I would agree to pay an amount no matter what if they found a bank... no APR... no term length just sign this shady looking piece of paper. Second, I told them a lot of things like I need to go to work, mind if we finish this in the morning... or I really want this feature in a car... or I can afford this much. ALL IGNORED. Straight sales tunnel vision, no warmth no concern for what the consumer wanted. Now mind you, I had 2000 cash in hand for a down payment... so I wasn't looking for the impossible. Any way we found a car, stayed there until I was late for work at my overnight job that doesn't start until 10 pm just to get called back in three days later to be told that they would need an additional 1000 down. We promptly denied and offered their car back. After some down talking to us, and questioning our understanding of the loan process I had to simply ask for my money back. The agent left the room for a long time before I had to walk to the front counter and request someone for assistance which took another long period of time. After finally returning with another person I was told to wait while they talked. My patience lasted all about 5 mins at this point so I went on in and just asked outright if there was something I signed that said I had to pay whatever price they said. They told me know and I simply asked again for my money back so I could get on with my night and start car shopping again. They again tried to pull more slick talking before I almost lost it and they finally walked me out to get my charges reversed on my card. Of course NO ONE at this GIANT dealership knew how to do a refund except two people that were not present (again I am working with a manager) so we are told we will be called first thing in the morning when they reverse the charge. Now I forgot to mention that when I was called in for all of this I was simply told there was a bank change and I just needed to swing by to sign something. After nearly two hours I had to take my groceries out of my ex-new car and my wife and I had to UBER home. No offer for another more affordable car at all, no empathy and obvious corporate run sales hungry stereotypical sales people. I regret not looking up these reviews before I ever stepped foot in there. More

Bait and Switch Warning we were baited. Found a Honda Pilot on AutoTrader for $25,966. We called the dealer and spoke with Mike (online sales manager) and asked if th Warning we were baited. He said the vehicle was there and to come on in. We drove 45 min to the dealer and when we got there they could not find the vehicle. In the mean time they bring us another model that is 8000 more in cost. That vehicle was out of our budget. The Pilot we came to see was on the recall list and not available. (something they could have told us on the phone) Right before we leave they show us one other Pilot that is the same model and package as the recall but is 6000 more. I told them that it is the same model and not paying the extra 6000. It even had more miles on it. My family wasted 2 hrs of time for a bait and switch scheme. Completely unprofessional service. More

I had dealt with Tempe Honda and because my 2011 was a lease return/buy they didn't want to talk with me or make a deal. Deneen worked with me and we were able to get a new 2015 Odyssey and keep our payments where we wanted. Deneen gets 5 stars for hard work, being friendly, a extermly helpful. The finance department only get 4 stars. I asked for finance through Desert Schools FCU, and he financed through another one. I had to change financeing to Desert Schools. Over all we were very happy with our deal. More

I keep stressing to them . My Payment on the old one is coming due . this is a load of crap . I hate that I ever even gave Showcase Honda a chance. as far as when I receive the phone call from Honda on their service its all ZEROS. My card also had scratches all over it when I bought it , yet they still havent got back to me on that. how professional is that. SHOWCASE HONDA SUCKS really they do . Would travel back to AZ from CA to buy a car again I saw the 2 star avg review for this dealership and I was puzzled because I had a great experience purchasing a 2016 Honda Accord from Juan and Atul S I saw the 2 star avg review for this dealership and I was puzzled because I had a great experience purchasing a 2016 Honda Accord from Juan and Atul Sharma. I actually live in San Diego but flew in to Phoenix because they were only 1 of 2 dealerships in the US that had the car I wanted. I initially spoke to Juan on the 24th and he was nothing but helpful. He even made himself available via text over Christmas. Not expected but very nice. The day after I get a call from Atul Sharma. He made the whole buying process painless. He recognized that I was an out of state buyer. So we negotiated a price over email phone and text...and had it in writing before I stepped foot on an airplane. When I arrived at the airport they picked me up and brought me to the dealership. I didnt even wait 15 minutes from the time I was off the plane til pickup. At the dealership Atul let me test drive the car before signing anything. We then waited about 45 mins before going into the title/ finance office. Archi, the finance rep, did not try to sell me anything. He mentioned an aftermarket warranty but I declined and that was that. I spent 15 mins with him and was out the door. From there Mr Sharma was waiting by the car in the delivery area. He paired my phone and briefly explained the features. That was it. Painless. I would recommend this dealer and this sales team to anyone. More
