Great First Car Leasing Experience! I’m not one to write reviews, but my experience today deserves it! We had a great car buying experience getting into our new Accord Sport. This deale I’m not one to write reviews, but my experience today deserves it! We had a great car buying experience getting into our new Accord Sport. This dealership seems to take the high pressure, gonna-get-you-somewhere approach off the table and replaces it with good old fashioned customer service. They seem to really care about getting you into the right car at a fair price! Mike Dawood was super attentive making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Ali took the time to really walk through the car with us, and even went above and beyond to help detail the car when service was a bit backed up to ensure we got out in our new vehicle timely! Jason, our finance manager, walked us through the terms of our lease in detail and was through in explaining his answers to any questions we had. This was just an all around great staff. If you’re in the market for anything on their lot, it’d be foolish to shop elsewhere. I’ll be back for another Accord soon! More

I used to always hear horror stories about how car salespeople (yes, gender neutral) are lost and are only setup to make themselves money and get you the worst deal. I never felt like that once. No tricks here, no smoke and mirrors, no song and dance. I feel comfortable knowing that in the future when I need to make another purchase, the staff at showcase jobs will have my back. More

To be continued The over all dealership and staff were good, however the finance guy Ken was terrible he had an aggressive approach and was not willing to cover deta The over all dealership and staff were good, however the finance guy Ken was terrible he had an aggressive approach and was not willing to cover details nor negotiate a deal suitable for me. With the sales rep a budget was discussed and set. I expressed my concern that i did NOT want to finance through Honda but through my bank. Once transferred to Ken I reiterated my budget amount and what needed it to come with it. While discussing the warranties available he was condescending in the sense of bringing up his own vehicles and their warranties (neither of which are Honda’s) so I didn’t understand how that would help me at all. (He literally brought out his payments on his corvette) When speaking in regards to the different warranty packages my initial budget was dismissed entirely. I asked for a better understanding on warranties weighing out the pros and cons. This is when he showed his frustration and raised his tone and started mentioning “hey it’s Christmas Eve bro” (seeing as i don’t celebrate Christmas it was insulting to and lowered his professionalism in my opinion ) That’s when i asked to speak to somebody else and stated I would come back on Wednesday if he was unable to do it correctly. When i asked for some one else he expressed that it was not an option and wouldn’t give a name for someone else to speak with. He failed to give me a proper understanding on the warranty and started dismissing my concerns and avoided questions that would make him elaborate. It was presented by him that if i don’t get the platinum warranty then i couldn’t get the others ones “because i would be getting ripped off” in his words. At that point he was no longer willing to give me clarification about my questions , my budget or any other concerns that I had. His only focus was to complete the sale before leaving for the end of the night. (Literally left at 6:17 pm) The process was rushed and overwhelming. He started to just give paperwork with minimal details on the contract. With all of this happening I’m completely unsatisfied with his customer service . I no longer want the car and do NOT want to complete this sale. This isn’t at all the feeling I expected with buying a new car . It’s 5 am and I’m currently waiting for the dealership to open in NEED of solution. Overall I don’t want anyone else to feel like this and I don’t think the reflection of the company to be based on his interactions. More
