Bad customer service I'm a u,s veteran and suffer from sever PTSD and take 7 depocot a day to keep me normal it makes me a little slow so when I went in at 600 PM I was ti I'm a u,s veteran and suffer from sever PTSD and take 7 depocot a day to keep me normal it makes me a little slow so when I went in at 600 PM I was tired I was dealing with 1 salesmen and had another on continuous interrupt our conversation I asked him to stop and I was told I'm a drunk no I don't drink but the medication I'm on may make you think it he got pretty nasty with me and I had to let him know I'm a disabled vet and I'm not going to deal with this I wanted to just get out of there and go to another dealer but a employee Roscoe stopped me and told me don't worry about them he'll take care of me and he did and I ended up getting my car but thy he rest of the staff has no customer service experience at all More

Excellent service provided by Montana Henson I had an appointment for a 4-wheels alignment with Montana Henson. With the service, the technician also performed multi point inspection. Honda warranty I have a 2016 Honda Civic with 15,400 miles and the airconditioning died. I brought it to Showcase Honda where I bought it, and waited for 3 hours for I have a 2016 Honda Civic with 15,400 miles and the airconditioning died. I brought it to Showcase Honda where I bought it, and waited for 3 hours for the service department to diagnose rhe problem. Eventually, I was told that the a/c condenser had “ rock damage” and not covered by waaranty, and to replace it would cost over 800 dollars. I was shocked that the warranty didn’t coveri it since the a/c condenser is exposed to the hazard which they said caused the a/c to fail. Hondas are good cars but in my opinion no consumer should spend 800 dollars for the first 15,000 miles of their vehicle’s life. I am preparing to purchase another vehicle from this dealership, but after this experience, I changed my mind and now looking at buying a different brand, and no, I will never recommend this dealership nor the Honda brand to anyone. More
