Not only was he kind and courteous, he kept me up to date throughout the whole process, explaining what the mechanics had found, showing me the damaged part and explaining what the next steps were. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my work schedule to make sure I could get my car back as soon as possible, making sure everything was in order and working properly. Dead Battery : ( I had a dead battery on Friday. I was able to start the car and drive to my mechanic. Being the good guy that he is (Tony's Auto on 56th and Thomas) h I had a dead battery on Friday. I was able to start the car and drive to my mechanic. Being the good guy that he is (Tony's Auto on 56th and Thomas) he reminded me that my battery was still under warranty. He had me call Showcase and see if they could fit me in right away. I spoke to Richard and he told me to come in. They saw me right away, had the battery and installed it and gave me a carwash. No cost! I'm grateful for an honest mechanic and for the folks at Showcase Honda. I will be returning for all of my recommended car check ups. More
