Car stolen same day as purchase (1 of 2+ reported same day) I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was immediately stolen that same night. While this alone does not necessarily indicate any wrong-doi I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was immediately stolen that same night. While this alone does not necessarily indicate any wrong-doing on the part of the dealership, the fact that when I called the dealership in the morning to retrieve my VIN, the woman that answered the phone indicated that it was "weird that this was the second call [she] received already that day saying the exact same thing" (that someone had bought a car and it was stolen that night). Further analysis after the car was recovered indicated that whoever stole the vehicle had the technology required to override the car's computer and bypass the security system. This type of device can be purchased on ebay....but let's not pretend it's not easily accessible by employees of a dealership. I would love to believe the dealership was not responsible for the theft in some way, however I have been unable to get the General Manager to call me. First of all, I alerted my salesman AND his manager about the incident, so the dealership is aware. You would think this information would be passed along (especially when I mentioned the female's remark when she answered the phone that morning) and that maybe someone would call me offering to help get me into a new vehicle in the event that my car was not recovered or was totaled. Not only did I NOT get a phone call aside from the sales manager saying "let us know if there's anything we can do", but my request for information on "extras" I purchased so I could try to get an accurate value of the vehicle was ignored for almost a week until I emailed again stating I was still waiting on it. All of this is outside of how I was treated by John, in finance, who immediately began insulting me the minute I walked into his office. I have lost two vehicles that were totaled due to another driver's negligence (running red lights, etc). When I came in the office, John made the comment that I don't seem to keep cars long....already a sore subject since I also crushed my ankle in one of the accidents and have permanently lost 50% mobility and strength in that leg. I stated "well if people would stop hitting me, I'd be good" and his response was to laugh and say "oh it's everyone else's fault, huh?", followed by looking at my boyfriend and saying "How long has she been a narcissist?" The entire time in his office he proceeded to talk crap about his ex-wife and acted very misogynistic (<-- the description coming from another male). We were definitely in a hurry to get out of there. After looking at my bill of sale, I was charged $399.00 for ZakTek, which should have already come with the "package" I paid extra for (I said "No" when he tried to sell me the additional coverage for this), gave me $14,500 for my trade in even though the salesman told me they listed it as excellent condition with the zip code (which according to Kelley Blue Book would have put the car at a $16,003-$18,078 trade in value), and did everything in their power not to let me use the car-buying service offered by PenFed, who I was planning on using for my finance company. All-in-all, the salesman was nice, and it was my choice to let them rip me off on the total price of the car (which was $31,661 before taxes and any fees with the "extras" like wheel locks and a trunk tray) because I figured since he made us aware of the 2.99% financing, I was essentially getting ripped off the same amount that I would have paid using a higher percentage rate). They did not offer me the $500 college graduate discount, though....nor did they mention it, and they ripped me off on my trade in but ultimately, the fact that there's a possibility (according to the collision center, responding officer, and EVERY PERSON I have told my story to) that there may be some shady employees working at the dealership. The fact that I can't get the dealership to call and speak to me adds insult to injury. More

Our car was serviced more quickly than originally anticipated and we were assured that when we bring our car back for the reapplication of the paint protective coating, he will see that we do not have a long wait since we live too far away to use their Uber service.
