Superior Customer Service and Painless Buying Process! After conducting fairly extensive research on possible new vehicle choices, my husband and I proceeded to visit and test drive a few different manufa After conducting fairly extensive research on possible new vehicle choices, my husband and I proceeded to visit and test drive a few different manufacturers' models. My husband had also communicated with a few of the online sales departments to get more information on specific makes and models. Our search ended the day we visited Showcase Honda. The experience was superior, from beginning to end! Please know that we were accustomed to dealing with our favorite Mercedes dealership before our car was totaled in an accident in January of this year. We were accustomed to the no-pressure approach to interacting with a luxury automobile dealership, so finding another dealership that did not employ high-pressure sales tactics was refreshing! Upon arrival at Showcase Honda, there was a young man, Ali, who greeted us right outside the doors of the showroom. He was very gracious and professional in his demeanor, which was an excellent first impression of this dealership. We told Ali that we had an appointment to meet with William Lane, a Finance and Lease Consultant, and Ali immediately took us inside the showroom, where we met Natalie Tass, the Business Development Sales Manager for Showcase Honda. She introduced herself and her charismatic personality was a joy to experience! She offered us something to drink and then set out to locate William for us. William met with us soon thereafter and was already aware that we were very limited on time that day. He was very well organized and an astute listener. After gathering a little more information on what we wanted and needed in a new car, he took us outside and showed us all options for the sedan we were considering, beginning with the most economically priced, the LX, pointing out the differences between one model and the next, on up to the Touring model in the Civic collection. He answered all questions with great patience and displayed excellent knowledge about the products that he represents. We only needed to test drive one model to know that we had found the right vehicle for us. William never pressured us in any way and was very professional throughout the selection and buying process. Once we had made our choice, William immediately presented us with pricing, incentives, and payment options for the car we selected. We settled on what we could accept for downpayment and monthly payments, then William immediately turned us over to Jason Zakaras, a Business Manager, who is just as amazing as William! They made a great team and, through their ability to work together seamlessly, Jason had our contract already drawn up by the time we walked to his office. Both gentlemen were keenly aware of our time constraints and were highly efficient in getting us on the road in ample time to be where we needed to be that afternoon. Jason offered additional options but, not once, did we feel pressured to accept any add-ons to our contract. We know that the dealership benefits from add-ons but we were never pressured to purchase anything we did not want or need. Kudos to Jason for his tact and professionalism! He was great! The end result to our visit with William was that we drove away in a beautiful 2019 Honda Civic Touring model, filled with all the safety features and comfort that we sought, in record-breaking time. We returned two days later, when we had more time, so that William could explain all the features and how to adjust settings. William was absolutely wonderful, very thorough and patient in explaining everything to us. William and Jason were absolutely amazing and provided nothing less than stellar service to us! Kudos to Showcase Honda for employing the amazing professionals that we encountered from the beginning to the end of our shopping experience! Other dealerships would be hard-pressed to offer the same superior customer service experience that Showcase Honda provides. They surpassed every other dealership that we communicated with online and visited and were on par with our old Mercedes dealership for a pleasant, stress-free experience. For the record, we researched Nissan, Honda, Toyota, and Mercedes, to see what would be the wisest choice for our next automobile and decided that Honda's excellent safety record, the ability to hold value longer than most automotive manufacturers, as well as relative affordability, was the best choice for us, at this juncture in our lives. It was just a matter of finding the right dealership to do business with and we were very happy with Showcase Honda. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and the professionals that we encountered/interacted with during our visit. Give them a try and we promise that you will not regret the decision to do so. We will definitely be recommending Showcase Honda to everyone we know and meet, especially those who admire our beautiful new car! More

First time buying experience was satisfactory! This was the first time I purchased a car and I was very intimidated by dealerships and attempting to haggle. My husband and I were not sure if we were going to buy when we arrived, we didn't have an appointment and he still made time for us to test out a Civic and a Fit. I was convinced I'd like them Civic more and actually ended up loving the Fit. Will made sure to ask us if we had interest in purchasing before drafting up offers, and as soon as he brought over some paperwork he explained all of the charges and gave us space to talk about it while we made offers. We negotiated for a short time and when we felt comfortable with a price we were able to move to financing where Kenn was helpful as well. He offered us a warranty package and after proposing two prices he respected our decision to decline. They both stayed 15 extra minutes to finish up with us without rushing us. The whole process took around 3 hours and I was satisfied. I would definitely return for future vehicle purchases. More
