Working with Deneen and PJ we’re always an amazing and easy process. The paperwork took a bit of time and someone called me saying they are missing our credit application and may ask us to come back and easy process. Charlie was a very helpful and upfront person! I was a first time buyer here and he walked me through everything. He was also very straightforward about what he was presenting and i appreciate that very m first time buyer here and he walked me through everything. Frustrated I purchased my Honda HRV in December 2017, the experience dragged on for hours. Then, I had to bring the car back days later as the camera was not wor I purchased my Honda HRV in December 2017, the experience dragged on for hours. Then, I had to bring the car back days later as the camera was not working properly, made an appointment, only to get there and find they had no record of this appointment. Thankfully they squeezed me in. I have since moved from AZ, and had to take the car in as there is something wrong in the electronics. This dealership cannot determine what is going on until I have the Rockledge Security system REMOVED from the car. Just wanted to share that if you are purchasing from Showcase, DO NOT get the security system as it will need to be removed before service can be done, if you have an electrical issue. Oh, and good luck finding someone who will remove it! More

Showcase Honda has some of the most genuine people working there- Jessica Aguilar was super sweet, very informative made me feel comfortable in knowing she did all she could to get me in a car. James McDonald went above and beyond to get me qualified and Kenn Spell in financing was very thorough when explaining the details in the paperwork and caring enough to tell me what coverage I needed in order to be safe on the road in case anything happened. Thank you to all combined..I will brag for a few weeks maybe even months :) More
Dealer sold us a car higher than internet price. This dealer sold us a vehicle it had taken from its toyota store across the street. We actually had an appointment at both locations and didn't realized that when toyota told us it had sold, that they "sold" it to Showcase Honda who then raised the price 3k before selling it to us. SHADY Jerry Green has not agreed to adjust the price and we are forced to sue him now. More
THIS DEALERSHIP IS A RIP OFF..SINCE DAY ONE I HAVE BEEN DECEIVED FROM THE BAIT AND SWITCH FOR A CAR IN THEIR AD, TAKING BACK THE INCENTIVE OF A $250 GIFT CARD, DELAY OF DELIVERY OF THE CAR FOR ALMOST A MON DECEIVED FROM THE BAIT AND SWITCH FOR A CAR IN THEIR AD, TAKING BACK THE INCENTIVE OF A $250 GIFT CARD, DELAY OF DELIVERY OF THE CAR FOR ALMOST A MONTH AFTER PAPERS WERE SIGNED, I WAS UNABLE TO SEE THE CAR OR DRIVE IT UNTIL THE DAY I PICKED IT UP. AFTER 2 DAYS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AFTER THEY "SPENT DAYS FIXING THE PROBLEM " UPON COMPLETION AFTER THEY WASHED THE CAR I FOUND THE REAR WIPER GOT BROKE, THEY FIXED THAT, 2ND REPAIR AGAIN THEY BROKE THE REAR WIPER, I WASTED $2000 ON A WARRANTY THAT DOESN'T COVER ANYTHING AFTER 3 WEEKS AND NO RETURN CALLS I WENT IN TO FIND THEY HAVE TO ORDER THE WIPER AND WILL NEVER WASH MY CAR AGAIN. I WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS CAR LOT!!!! More
