Here's your update: Jerry Green lied to my client over the phone after Birkshire Hathaway asked him to resolve this, he told her he would pay her 2600 dollars when she arrived, they wrote her a check for 2100 claiming there was some sort of "paint protection" for 500.00. NOTHING of the sort was ever applied to the car. The advertised price of the car was 28,764 and they sold it to her for 31,299. This is just Jerry Green doing what he was told, get the NDA signed, defeating the purpose however because even while "making it right" he tried to save a few stolen dollars. I tried calling you Lindsay, I know your position and unfortunately your GM/Operating Partner is your boss and isn't making your job easy. We are done doing business at Showcase Honda for good. Unless you make it right by her, not to mention my own losses which can't be measured, I have had no referrals from her since July 2019. I don't blame her, I should have caught this.
