This place is filled with liars. Went in to buy a new crv for my wife. Sat there all xxxx day had to pull teeth to test drive the car finally got the paperwork all signed and done was using my own financing for my wife. Now for the shady part. Of course because of “covid” they don’t have any of these cars in stock so I had to wait a week to get my new car. No biggie I just waited because the sales man promised he’d bring it to me. Well the week came day of my new car and guess what!? I can’t get a hold of anyone at their dealership I keep asking for managers and I get turned away or “we’ll have a manager call you back” ALL DAY. Mind you I am also at work. FINALLY I get a call back and okay they’re bringing me the car good deal. Well now calls the finance guy Mr. “we’re gonna have to change your deal”. I shook hands on a deal, but that means nothing here. I went in with my financing at a rate they said they’d match or beat and give me rebates. But they lied. They most likely didn’t even get my car in. So I went and bought a Hyundai Sante Fe 3 row AWD for 3,000 cheaper and it has a 100,000 warranty!!!! Don’t waste your time or money here until they start learning how honest business is done. LIARS and dishonest people but what else do you expect from a dealership honestly? More

I purchased a used vehicle in 2019 and am constantly harassed over email and phone calls to upgrade despite each time requesting to be taken off the call list. Because of this exclusively , Showcase Hon harassed over email and phone calls to upgrade despite each time requesting to be taken off the call list. Because of this exclusively , Showcase Honda will never receive my business again. Nothing I say has changed how these calls go and they are causing me distress. I have been unable to get through to anyone and when transferred to management, I am sent straight to voicemail without any response in MONTHS. This is shameful, rude and at this point, straight up harassment. I am not sure what else to do but share this experience to prevent others from experiencing this as it is horrible. As general manager, I hold Jerry Green personally responsible for this abuse. More
I was in search of a very specific pre-owned vehicle, and through AutoTrader, found it at Showcase Honda in Phoenix. I reached out to inquire if it was still available. The salesperson who took my call confirmed it was, and I went down to the dealership that night to test drive and ultimately purchase the car. Upon signing the paperwork, I noticed that the mileage on the ADOT Odometer Disclosure did not match the CarFax report or the AutoTrader sales ad. I pointed this out to the Sales Consultant, who promptly ran out to check the actual mileage on the car. He confirmed that the ADOT form correctly reflected the mileage, and that the sales ad and the CarFax report were wrong. My experience had been decent up until this point, and it went down hill quickly from there. The next day I called the dealership to request that they update the CarFax report. They told me to call back the next day, as there was no one there who could help me on a Sunday. I called back Monday and left a message. No call back. I called back Tuesday and spoke with the person who sold me the car. He said he would leave a message with the appropriate person. Again, no call back. I called back on Wednesday, left a message with another sales consultant, and did not get a call back. I was extremely frustrated by the time I called back on Thursday, and asked to speak with the General Manager. The receptionist refused to put me through to his voicemail, and instead said she would given him a written message. This time I got a call back from a manager (not the GM), who asked me to call yet another person on the pre-owned sales team who would be able to assist me (I would have thought she would have had him call me, given the poor experience at this point). She gave me his extension, but he did not answer either time I called. His extension also did not have voicemail set up, so I couldn't leave a message. It has now been a full week since I purchased the car, and I still do not have the issue resolved. This has single-handedly been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I definitely do not recommend this dealership if you are looking for ANY level of customer service after you complete your purchase. More
