The salesman was trying to sell me on upgrades when I asked him what the upgrade package was all he could say was it will make all the lights on your dash turn off. He couldn't explain what maintenance w asked him what the upgrade package was all he could say was it will make all the lights on your dash turn off. He couldn't explain what maintenance would be performed with the upgrade package. Then he tried to charge me $40 more than the estimated price after tax until I brought it up and changed the price back. He was just trying to hard sell me on upgrades he didn't understand. Then I got a call a few hours later because one of the techs left their radio in my truck and I had to return it back to the location. Also there was dirty hand prints left around my hood so I had to go get a carwash. I usually have a pleasant experience at your location but this time was anything but More
