Service took too long. $10 for Lyft ride for the day is nothing! Employees were very nice. Better communication is needed as to the service time length. Deneen did another outstanding job of finding us a car we were looking at and a great deal to make it all work. This is the third Honda we leased with her. Also very happy with Showcase Honda. Very quick to respond to any questions or concerns both from a sales standpoint and service. My wife and I have been Honda owners since 1984. For most of that time, we dealt with one dealership and tried to stay with one salesperson. We only have used Honda Service for all our Hondas. Since moving to Scottsdale, Showcase Honda, including Deneen and the Service Department is our go-to place for a new Honda. When you get consistent sales and service along with a good deal, it's hard to beat. More Hondas to come in the future. Thank you More
