Show Me Auto Mall responded

First of all we would like to apologize for the title taking so long. It was never our intention for that to happen, unfortunately sometimes there are things that happen that are out of our control, and this happened to be one of those cases. When we traded for this vehicle we had to send the title in to the state for a dealer title, usually this process takes approximately 7-10 days however something on this vin# flagged an error in the states system and the title got sent to rejects. We called the state literally everyday to get an update and see if there was anything we could do to speed the process up and they kept telling us it would be next week, it will be tomorrow, it will be next week, etc, etc. As a result of this we kept relaying the message to you and I agree it was completely ridiculous that it took so long and that they strung it out for almost 120 days. At the end of the deal we did finally get the title, we paid for ALL of the late fees, filled your gas tank up multiple times, gave you a free portable DVD player, and apologized several times. Again we would like to apologize and hope that you are enjoying your new vehicle and will consider us again in the future.
