Love my experience buying my Jeep! There is not enough space to describe my experience with Show Me Auto. My dream vehicle has been a 2007 or newer Jeep Wrangler for a number of years. There is not enough space to describe my experience with Show Me Auto. My dream vehicle has been a 2007 or newer Jeep Wrangler for a number of years. I started my search online and came across Show Me Auto that had what I was looking for which was a 6 speed, 2007 Wrangler Sahara, Hardtop,4 Wheel drive. Coming from Lawrence, KS I had a 1 hour plus commute, which was fine with me. Once I get to the dealership I meet up with Carlos the salesman who had the Jeep waiting for me. The Jeep was in great condition, and the test drive went great! Once I got back from the test drive I knew this was the Jeep for me, after filling out the paperwork I was good to go. Before I left Carlos introduced me to Bryce in service and Bryce said that I could drive the Jeep home for a couple of weeks and bring it back and they will detail the jeep and fix anything that is wrong with it!! Who does that?? I have never heard of a used car dealership that will let you take the car/truck/jeep home for a couple of weeks..if there is anything wrong they will fix it! That was absolutely amazing to me! I talked to Bryce, and he assured me that they will take care of me, he even gave me his personal cell phone so that if anything came up I had a way of getting a hold of him. What service guy does that?? I texted all the things that I could see wrong with my Jeep and sure enough..Bryce took care of it and he stayed in touch with me as if I was the only customer. I really appreciated the contact via phone and text! It is hard to get this type of communication unless somebody wants money from you! Bryce's communication was great!! Again this experience was fantastic all the way around...while they were working on my Jeep they gave me a loaner car to drive. I am absolutely a fan of "Show Me Auto" and the services that they provide. I would recommend them to anyone! I was very impressed with Bryce and the service team! More
Not so good Show Me Auto Mall Experience My trip to Show Me Auto Mall started excellent (05/03/2014), Tim the salesman that I met with was very nice and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a My trip to Show Me Auto Mall started excellent (05/03/2014), Tim the salesman that I met with was very nice and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. He answered all my questions and was not pushy at all. After a short test drive and seat down to go over the numbers, I advised Tim I needed to talk to my wife before making any decisions. Tim was very understanding and in fact let me take the vehicle home for the weekend. What happened next is where I am upset. Tim filled out the paperwork for a 30 day temp tag and put that on the vehicle for me. I am unhappy because I returned the vehicle after the weekend with a few issues or concerns that I had. Tim assured me that they service department would take care of all the issues. One week later I return to sign the papers and pay for the truck (outside financing). I was advised the vehicle was not ready for me to take home because the service department was waiting on a part. I had no problem with this. What made me mad was 4 days later (11 days after the test drive) my vehicle is ready to be picked up. I found out that my 30 day temp tag is the same one from my test drive 11 days ago. I felt my temp tag should have been from the time I purchased the vehicle and not the day I test drove it. After my wife and I signed all the papers and handed over the check for the vehicle that the paper work would be mailed to us that day. Now today (05/16/2014), 6 days for the day I purchased the vehicle and 13 days from the time I was issued a temp tag, I still have not received my paperwork needed to register the vehicle. After a phone call to Show Me Auto Mall, we were advised that the paperwork would be mailed out soon and should arrive by May 21, 2014. So 19 days after I was issued a 30 day temp tag during a test drive I will final have my paper work to get the vehicle registered. That leaves with me with 5 business days to get my vehicle registered with the 26th of May being a holiday. To make matters worse when I purchased the vehicle the low fuel light was on and the dash read 40 miles to empty. So my first stop was right across the street to get fuel. So when I picked up my vehicle the gas tank was very low, the temp tag was 9 days old and there were multiple things that weren’t fixed that they said they would fixed. Unfortunately I had already paid. Not the type of experience I was looking for when buying a vehicle. A nice salesman followed by poor service led to an unhappy customer. More

Great service We were not looking to buy a car, but I saw a newer corvette and fell in love. Satisfaction!! I am one who does not like going to car lots and having to deal with pushy salesmen. Was pleasantly surprised at Show Me Auto Mall. I was given the chance to look around the lot a little before approached by a salesman and then instead of steering me he actually listened to what I had too say and showed me vehicles that would work for me inside the price structure I had given him. The salesman, Mike Dudok, stayed well past closing time just showing me vehicles and did not give the impression he minded staying late at all. My wife and I came back the following evening and ended up purchasing a Nissan Titan, a vehicle that had not even been on our radar until Mike suggested it. Mike and the finance manager, Bill King, went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the entire purchase. Will definitely be a return customer for future vehicle purchases and will highly recommend this dealership to friends, family and others. Great job guys appreciate the service!!! More

Spending money on a used car is very, very low on the list of fun things to do, but the guys at this dealership changed all that. Carlos is great to deal with. It seemed like we were friends before we ever met. We had an enjoyable afternoon there. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and did everything they could to help us out. From the owner on down to the sales team and the shop people, we had a great experience. If we need another truck, we will be back to buy from Carlos. Guess "an old dog" can learn something new! Thanks guys for making this a fun adventure! More

He spent good time with me walking me through the entire vehicle, answered all of my questions, made sure the tank full and the car was cleaned top to bottom. He gave us good advice on getting our custom interior installed as well as DVD players in the headrests. They have a lot of nice newer low mileage vehicles in stock all in all its worth a look if your in the market for a newer used car, truck, or suv. I would like to add that the dealers actually read these reviews. They read mine and reached out because they knew they could do better for me and they did. That shows their dedication to the customer. I highly recommend going to show me auto they have proven to me that they take pride in what they do and want nothing more than happy costumer's. More
