Well first off sir I would like to apologize about your experience you had with our company. It's always our goal here at Show Me Auto Mall to give our customers excellent customer service and shoot for 100% customer satisfaction. As you probably noticed when you wrote this review that 98% of our customers are completely satisfied. Just so you know when someone is dissatisfied like yourself we don't take these matters lightly and we try to learn and grow from every mistake we make so it doesn’t happen again in the future. After pulling the service records it looks like it took a little longer than normal to get your truck ready for you because we sent it thru our 90 point checklist and found multiple things needed to be fixed. We unlike some dealerships fully recondition our vehicles as if it was our own vehicle to ensure it is a reliable and safe vehicle for our consumers. We even spent almost $4,000 on your vehicle getting it to meet our satisfaction. I apologize you felt it took too long again but we have a reputation to uphold and the last thing were going to do is rush thru your truck and have you driving an unsafe vehicle. We were hoping to talk to you about this and explain our side of the story as well as compensate you with one years worth of free oil changes however we were unable to reach you all 11 times we tried to call you. It seems a bit odd that someone as upset as you wouldn't want to talk to a manager about your experience and let the company know where we went wrong. Again very sorry your experience didn't go as planned but please in the future if you’re writing a review about a company you should at least contact the company and give them a chance to resolve the issue before going public. Again were very sorry you had a bad experience at our dealership and would love to make it up to you in any way possible.
