I was told that my credit was approved and they had four trucks that met my criteria. They only had one to show me that was advertised for 19 in excellent condition. Instead they told me 21 and the inside was trashed. I don't think the pictures in the ad were even the same truck since the seats were ripped up and there was black paint splattered all over. After two hours of high pressure sales and my asking for my keys back multiple times, I was so mad they finally gave up. More

Not that I’d want them to do any work but they backed out of the warranty when I had enough of their finically mishandles and used USAA and apparently can’t warranty to for veterans using this Bank but can with any other lender More

I just went to register my new vehicle at which time I was informed that the sales tax was not included in my loan. I had to pay over $1200 in sales tax Plus the registration fees for my new car. They never mentioned they weren’t including the sales tax in the loan like every dealership I have ever purchased a car from in my life. Stay far far away More

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!! My wife and I bought a 2014 ford f150 from this place. Within 24 hours the catalytic converter and a sensor had gone out as well as the a.c.. We were forced to buy a extended warranty that we can not afford just to help pay for the AC. After we bought this warranty they told us that it did not include the catalytic converter. One of the owners said he would pay half to fix it. This is B.S. Why should we pay the other half? I forgot to add that when we bought the truck it came with a 3 month 3000 mile warranty until we signed the papers and then it magically disappeared. We were happy until all of this happened. We were even thinking about buying another car from them before this, but I WILL NEVER buy anything there again. I will say that we give our salesman Keelan a 1000 % aproaval rating as he bent over backwards to help us. We will be contacting the bbb, and we have all ready contacted the Attorney General on this matter. And next is the DMV to file an official complaint against them. More

STAY AWAY WORST truck buying experience I’ve ever had. Beyond disappointed with the truck and the service. Traded for an 04 Chevy and the engine lost oil pressu WORST truck buying experience I’ve ever had. Beyond disappointed with the truck and the service. Traded for an 04 Chevy and the engine lost oil pressure in the first 6 days, meaning it needed replaced. They informed me that I signed a waiver to forgo their 30 day warranty (why would I knowingly do that). I truly believe they knew the truck had problems when they sold it. Instead of offering to help, they tried to take a bad situation and again try to make $$ on me by quoting me $6,500 for a new engine. I was disgusted. After intense negotiations, they somewhat help resolve the situation by covering some of the cost. The only problem is ever since I have had nothing but check engine lights and poor customer service. The check engine light came on the DAY I picked it up after the new engine was put in. I live over an hour away so I don’t like having to take off work to continually go back because they can’t seem to get it right. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this dealership.
