People are nice, but to pay close to $100 to have an updated radio, because it was making the screen flash on and off and the phone didn’t work through the car, and no Serius radio functioning, for a v updated radio, because it was making the screen flash on and off and the phone didn’t work through the car, and no Serius radio functioning, for a vehicle with only 44,000 miles, makes me wonder what next is scheduled to malfunction that I would have to pay for again. I don’t think Toyota will be my next car. I don’t think the makers and dealers realize things like this just steer their customers to other makes and dealerships. More
The service was performed as requested. One thing about it was overlooked. The reset procedure for the flashing "MAINT REQD" light on my dash was not performed. That resulted in further warnings from the vehicle to get the service performed when it had just been done. Because I know how, I performed the reset myself at home. Also, I was surprised and unprepared when I picked up the vehicle after service to be offered a pre-pay deal on future services. It would be better if I had been told when I dropped off the vehicle before the service that I would be offered a pre-paid service deal when I returned. Had that been done, I would have had more time to considered the offer. More

If I click anything except 5 stars, the response is that my rating isn't accepted. Service Department could have been more proactive and notified me. I had to call them to learn status. I found out that a part was on back order and wouldn't arrive for about a month. Shottenkirk needs to call customers when there is a significant delay. 4 trips of 150 mile round trip and 850$ later they keep guessing what the problem is and it’s still not fixed. Made it 5 miles away before light came back on this last time. Spent a extra 1 1/2 hours on you redoing a service that wasn't done properly during my last visit. Service had a 12 month 6000 miles warranty but I had to fuss with the service rep to get the service done wasn't done properly during my last visit. So I had to spend over 2 1/2 hours there to get a simple over priced oil change and for you to fix what wasn't done properly. More
