Very courteous and made sure I didn’t have to wait a long time! Even handed me a stopwatch to make sure I could know they were doing their best to get the job done with as little waiting time as possible, le time! Shottenkirk did an oil change and did not tighten the oil filter enough. Oil leaked out to the point where I had to have oil replaced at another delaership.
