I arrived at 7 for my appointment. When the door opened Manny was there to check me in. My Avalon windows would not work after I installed a new battery. I took a seat in the waitin When the door opened Manny was there to check me in. My Avalon windows would not work after I installed a new battery. I took a seat in the waiting room and in about 30 minutes Manny appeared and said I was good to go. I asked about what I owed and Manny said ,"No Change". Of course I was grateful and highly recommend the dealership! More

Changing the oil and rotating the tires I believe went fine. When I got the car back, the outside had been washed but there were still bug smears on the windshield. I realize computers were down, but it was awful. Nobody knew the answers to questions and it took 90 minutes for a simple tire rotation.
