I set up a service plan with Manny months ago. The miles on my car indicated it was time for the service. I called Manny the day before and set an appointment. I got there early and met Manny. We went over my cars history and made sure I would not be repeating a service. Manny set it all up keeping me informed of the status throughout the day.
