Horrible service I bought a used car from Durant Toyota in Weatherford. There was damage on the back of one of the seats. I asked if the damage could be fixed before I I bought a used car from Durant Toyota in Weatherford. There was damage on the back of one of the seats. I asked if the damage could be fixed before I decided to purchase the vehicle, the salesman told me no, it could not be fixed. 1 day after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a noise coming from the back of the car. Every time I turned a corner, I could hear something sliding around. I go look in the back, and there is the brand new piece to fix the damaged part of the seat. Rather than being angry that I was given false info about the damage being fixed, I just moved on and made an appointment for the service dept to switch out the pieces. This is where I get EXTREMELY angry. Service dept tells me they will need my car for 3-4 days.... send me over to the rental place, I get into a rental get 2 miles down the road and they call me to come pick up my car. How stupid is this? Then, I get the car home and find the trash from the new part was thrown in the back of the car. This is what upsets me the most. Why would anyone think it is acceptable to throw trash in a vehicle they are servicing?With the exception of this vehicle, I will never use Durant Toyota in the future. Or any of their affiliates. What a huge disappointment these guys have been from the get go. More
We had some bad weather here in Weatherford and needed a key made for our sons car, which had just been recovered (It had been stolen). I drove almost 40 miles to have my corolla recall service done by Durant, after seeing their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. It was well worth the drive. None of the people waiting on their vehicles was ever approached by a service rep who tried to sell them more maintenance or parts. I went to Durant because another dealer tried to convince me that before they could get the recall approved by Toyota, they had to do some diagnostics on my car. The rep at Durant could not understand why another dealer would not honor the recall on my vehicle before resorting to any other, more costly measures. In addition, the rep offered suggestions to help my local, independent mechanic diagnose any further issues that may arise with the car! This is the way all dealers should be!!! Durant has earned my trust and my business any time I need a dealership. Thank you guys!!!! More

Ous sons Scion XB recently had a major mechanical problem. We had it towed to Durant Toyota in Weatherford Texas where we met with Andy Scoggins. Andy called that same day and explained the problem and told us up front it would probably take two to three weeks to fix, but that he would keep us informed. He did just that he called us with news of progress and never seem to mind when I called him with more questions. He was always very kind and understanding. We always felt we were in good hands. My husband and I are considering buying a Prius in the next year and althought Andy does not sell vehicles we have decided to make our purchase at Durant Toyota because of tne service we recieved from Andy and the entire service department. Great Job! My son was very happy to get the vehicle that he loves so much back in time for graduation. Thanks again to Andy Scoggins and the service department at Durant Toyota. More
When a McKinney Toyota dealership tried to get out of their responsibility to fix my car, Mr. Sutton stepped up, made some calls, and got the McKinney dealership to do their job. When I bought my 2010 Tundra pickup in June 2009, I wanted to have the dealership install a back-up camera, but alas, the truck was so new that Toyota had not yet asssembled a kit for dealer installs. wanted to have the dealership install a back-up camera, but alas, the truck was so new that Toyota had not yet asssembled a kit for dealer installs. I spoke with the parts department and Mr. Aronson said he would follow up and let me know when the kit became available. Lo and behold 11 months later, he called to ask if I was still interested in the back up camera. When I said yes, he ordered the kit and arranged with Service to install it. I am delighted first with his follow-up after so many months...and secondly with the excellent quality of the camera. I could have purchased an aftermarket camera...but it would not have been as good as this Toyota one. I am glad I waited and thank Mr. Aronson for his attention to detail. Because of folks like him, Durant Toyota is the only place I would go to have my vehicle serviced...and when it comes time to replace the truck...I will buy from them again. More

I am very pleased with the Service Representative, David Carlson. He is always cheerful, friendly, and goes out of his way to accommodate my needs. I took my vehicle in last week for a recall problem I was notified about and David made arrangements for me to use a loaner vehicle so I could attend to some business I needed to take care of while I was in Weatherford. I greatly appreciated this as it saved me a lot of time since my car was at the dealership over 2 hours. I always ask for David Carlson because he is so nice to deal with. Early on I was greeted by a service rep by the name of Ryan when I first began taking my vehicle in for service and he was not friendly at all. I do not want to deal with this service rep at any time. I am writing this review because I want the dealership to know that David Carlson is an asset to your organization.
