The only explanation given is that the price of oil went up (<$5 a barrel doesn’t translate to a price increase of $20). The last two times I’ve had my oil changed, they’ve brought my car around and never notified me (While sitting in the waiting room) that it was done - twice I’ve had to go in and request to get my truck back. I am shopping for a new service location as there is no added value in having my oil changed here. More

Excellant customer service Excellent customer service. My truck had the wiring harness changed out because of rodents and they made repairs as needed working with my insurance w Excellent customer service. My truck had the wiring harness changed out because of rodents and they made repairs as needed working with my insurance while keeping me updated. The only negative issue was after picking my truck up from repairs. I dropped the truck off with 3/4 tank of gas and when picking it up the mileage was reading 4 miles to empty. I then turned around and drove right back to the service department and told them about the gas level and several personal items I found in my truck which didn't belong to me. More
