My Ford truck had an issue on a Saturday, in December 2019, and I sent it to Shottenkirk becau I wanted to say a big thank you to Matthew in service. My Ford truck had an issue on a Saturday, in December 2019, and I sent it to Shottenkirk because I have a family member who works there, and she strongly recommended I use them. I am so glad she did. Not only were all the staff I dealt with very courteous and professional..everything was done in a very timely manner. I ended up having to have a rental car and the young lady that helped with that was also very nice. I highly recommend Shottenkirk for any model vehicle. Wonderful experience for a worrisome truck issue!! Thank you all! More
Too many things have changed Was really sad to go to a call center to set my appt, they told me 1.5 hours! It was not! It was a half day min and the call center did not know this. Outstanding! I came in for the 10,000 mile service on my Tacoma. It was done quickly and w/no problems. I bought some leather cleaner to try and remove white sta I came in for the 10,000 mile service on my Tacoma. It was done quickly and w/no problems. I bought some leather cleaner to try and remove white stains (old paint?) on the black leather passenger front seat and door. Kelly Cranford was the parts man I dealt with. I am disabled, wear a back brace and use a walker. Kelly offered to try and clean the paint for me using the leather cleaner I just bought. It was partly successful. Most of the paint was removed but it was still visible. I thanked Kelly and we went back inside. While at the parts counter a young man, Gerardo Olivares Jr, stopped and was listening to me and Kelly. He introduced himself as Junior and said he thought he could remove all the stains for me. I agreed to let him try and he said he would try and also wash my truck for me. A little while later my truck was ready. All the paint stains were gone and it was washed. Both of these gentlemen went out of their way to help me. I am very grateful and I want their supervisors to know how they helped me. More

lack of pride showed up at 8:45 for my appointment to fix a flat tire. asked about an oil change also, and Rachel explained that the maintenance light was on but d showed up at 8:45 for my appointment to fix a flat tire. asked about an oil change also, and Rachel explained that the maintenance light was on but did not need oil yet since synthetic is used. after 1.5 hours I got up to see what was taking so long, only to find my truck at the front of the line- ready to go. How long had it been ready? when I asked about the promised car wash, she said it was broken. On my way home I noticed no one had taken off the maintenance light. the flat tire was fixed at no cost, but I would much rather pay for the repair someplace closer to home rather than deal with this low level of service very dissatisfactory and a lack of pride in their work. More
They got me in without an appointment. It didn’t take two hours like it usually does. The light on the roof in the backseat didn’t fall this time while they worked on it either so I believe they actually too hours like it usually does.
