I bought my Toyota Highlander at Durant Toyota in Weatherford, Texas, so I always return there for any service that needs to be done on my vehicle. I am very pleased with the Service Representative, Weatherford, Texas, so I always return there for any service that needs to be done on my vehicle. I am very pleased with the Service Representative, David Carlson. He is always cheerful, friendly, and goes out of his way to accommodate my needs. I took my vehicle in last week for a recall problem I was notified about and David made arrangements for me to use a loaner vehicle so I could attend to some business I needed to take care of while I was in Weatherford. I greatly appreciated this as it saved me a lot of time since my car was at the dealership over 2 hours. I always ask for David Carlson because he is so nice to deal with. Early on I was greeted by a service rep by the name of Ryan when I first began taking my vehicle in for service and he was not friendly at all. I do not want to deal with this service rep at any time. I am writing this review because I want the dealership to know that David Carlson is an asset to your organization. Andy was great! He always makes us feel like we're his only customer. He told us what time to be there, gave us a rental car and kept us informed about what was happening with our vehicle and we were out only customer. Whenever we take our Tundra in for service the representatives are all very friendly from the time we call for the appointment until our vehicle is ready. Excellent dealership with extremely helpful parts and service departments. I own four Toyotas of various ages, and Ken Aronson, Rick Winters and Lamont Halstead consistently find parts quickly and accur service departments. I own four Toyotas of various ages, and Ken Aronson, Rick Winters and Lamont Halstead consistently find parts quickly and accurately for even my 1980 Toyota. I have been driving Toyotas since 1989 and Durant Toyota is the most friendly, courteous and helpful parts department I have ever experienced (of any manufacturer). Their service department is also top-notch. Andy Scoggins was able to get an extended warranty repair approved near the end of the contract that saved me more than a thousand dollars and the work was done perfectly and quickly. So much more pleasant to deal with Durant than the big-city franchises. Well worth the trip to see them. More
Ken and Andy were fantastic to work with. I heard a noise that I could not identify the source of, and took it to Durant to diagnose. The team quickly identified the problem, then checked other areas to make that I could not identify the source of, and took it to Durant to diagnose. The team quickly identified the problem, then checked other areas to make sure only the front brakes were the cause. To be honest, I checked the price of a similar service (or at least sold by competitors as comparable) and found the price to be lower at other shops. I spoke to Ken and he was able to walk me through the benefits of having the work done at Durant as opposed to the other shops. Generally, I am not easily persuaded; however, Ken's approach and experience helped me decide to go with Durant. The brakes were done in less time than quoted, and the mechanics identified a couple other areas that required maintenance. Again, I am usually skeptical of "upselling" but the experience was such that I had the additional maintenance done also. I will continue to take my two Toyotas to Durant as long as the service continues to be as exceptional as it is with guys like Ken and Andy involved. Thanks. More
