Very Disappointed I will no longer work with this dealership. I was a loyal Durant Toyota customer, I have purchased or leased 6 vehicles from Durant Toyota. When the I will no longer work with this dealership. I was a loyal Durant Toyota customer, I have purchased or leased 6 vehicles from Durant Toyota. When the dealership changed hands, I gave it a shot. All of a sudden, my service advisor who I had worked with for 18 years was gone and a whole new crew of service advisors appeared. One of the concierge gentleman was extremely rude to me and I refuse to deal with him anymore. I would only deal with a younger man who I don't recall what his name is. The rude concierge is middle aged with a mustache and glasses. He was the only concierge when I took my Highlander in last Friday for service. As expected, he was not friendly. My vehicle was services in a reasonable amount of time but was returned dirty. Any time I have brought my vehicle in for service, they have always run it through the car wash. Not anymore!!! I will no longer return to this dealership, I will now go to Fort Worth Toyota or Granbury unless Granbury is also Shottenkirk. I am done! More
