Hello, my name is Kurt and I'm the service manager here at Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford. I would like to thank you for your business and your comments first of all. I apologize that the car wash is down, it is unfortunate but necessary for the needed repairs. I assure you that it is in the repair process and will up and running very soon. As far as the oil concern, I would be interested to know who told the explanation about the oil price going up was. Now of course, oil is a product that we outsource and do not manufacture here, so there is always the possibility of price increase or even decrease that we wouldn't be able to control. As far as not being notified about your vehicle being ready, that's is unacceptable and I will getting to the bottom of this A.S.A.P. We have a process here and my team all know's how to follow it. If this is not being done then I will handle this. Thank you very much for making me aware of this. I understand why you would be looking for another Service Center and can't blame you. One mistake is forgivable, two mistakes is hard to overlook. All I can ask is that you consider giving us another chance and hopefully we can give you a better experience next time. Thank you so much for choosing our Service Center for your maintenance. I apologize if you were misinformed of your vehicles needs. It is possible that we were extremely busy and another vehicle's finding was put onto your multi-point inspection by accident. I am very sorry for this and I can assure you that wasn't done intentionally or maliciously. No were in our Values and Ethics here at Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford is it practiced or acceptable to recommend services to anyone that their vehicle doesn't need. I will look into this personally and verify if any wrong doing has been done. As far as the car wash issue, we do have the car wash down currently for some much need repairs and maintenance.
