My Ford truck had an issue on a Saturday, in December 2019, and I sent it to Shottenkirk becau I wanted to say a big thank you to Matthew in service. My Ford truck had an issue on a Saturday, in December 2019, and I sent it to Shottenkirk because I have a family member who works there, and she strongly recommended I use them. I am so glad she did. Not only were all the staff I dealt with very courteous and professional..everything was done in a very timely manner. I ended up having to have a rental car and the young lady that helped with that was also very nice. I highly recommend Shottenkirk for any model vehicle. Outstanding! I came in for the 10,000 mile service on my Tacoma. It was done quickly and w/no problems. I bought some leather cleaner to try and remove white sta I came in for the 10,000 mile service on my Tacoma. It was done quickly and w/no problems. I bought some leather cleaner to try and remove white stains (old paint?) on the black leather passenger front seat and door. Kelly Cranford was the parts man I dealt with. I am disabled, wear a back brace and use a walker. Kelly offered to try and clean the paint for me using the leather cleaner I just bought. It was partly successful. Most of the paint was removed but it was still visible. I thanked Kelly and we went back inside. While at the parts counter a young man, Gerardo Olivares Jr, stopped and was listening to me and Kelly. He introduced himself as Junior and said he thought he could remove all the stains for me. I agreed to let him try and he said he would try and also wash my truck for me. A little while later my truck was ready. All the paint stains were gone and it was washed. Both of these gentlemen went out of their way to help me. I am very grateful and I want their supervisors to know how they helped me. More
