I called ahead to see if I could pickup my plates and parry’s in the same area to avoid taking my kids out multiple places. The lady who answered told me no I couldn’t. There were 5 men in this area including a salesman and manager and three other unidentifiable other gmrn. No one greeted me and I stood there waiting while the manager was apparently lecturing one of them about work he hadn’t done properly. I continued to stand there until the salesman eventually asked if he could help me. I was helped by him but never achy by the others at all. More
Steve was great to work with. He was patient while I looked at a few different cars. He also didn’t flinch when I changed my mind on the vehicle I wanted, even though all the paperwork was almost comple looked at a few different cars. I especially appreciate him taking the time to show me my little features on the Highlander I wouldn’t have otherwise noticed. I always receive excellent service here, and don’t see that changing. Also got oil changed in another vehicle while shopping for something new. As always, service was great. Rachel got me hooked up in no time. More
My service consultant was great. He was very polite and kind. But the service took 30-45 minutes longer than I was told. Brought the car in to see about them fixing it nd making sure it doesnt do it again they said there is nothing that they could do because the seatbelts do that if you pull on them and want me to pay 500 dollars to replace their messed up shitty seatbelt More

Have been driving 100 miles round trip to get service (Premier Member Program) done on my 2011 Avalon here since purchase and this was the last service in my book under the Durant Premier program - was disappointed that loaner car program was no longer offered for customers when having service work done that takes over 3 hrs, that was a big plus for me and we used the service on these type of visits in the past. Hopefully Shottenkirk will continue/ start a Premier program, otherwise I have no reason to continue driving this far to get service work done. More

They did miss performing a request to have the engine (under the hood) area steam cleaned, but that's something that isn't necessary in regards to the repair. More
