Amazing experience!!! I went across the street to get coffee at HEB and grocery shop while I waited for my car. Sherry Parker, the service associate I was working with called to say my car was ready. She had my receipt in hand so I can get on my way as soon as possible. I was extremely impressed and very appreciative of her thoughtfulness!!! I won’t take my car anywhere else!! More

We got no updates on the vehicle status and got the vehicle back filthy with mud all over it. The location of the seat heater buttons installed was horrible. This was mentioned a few times during the sale. Our vehicle has NO such options. We feel cheated. More
