My husband and I just received a service from your My husband and I just received a service from your service department and even though the service was completed, and from what we know, done thoroug My husband and I just received a service from your service department and even though the service was completed, and from what we know, done thoroughly, we were very displeased with the lack of professionalism we were given. When my husband made the initial appointment to have the recall taken care of, he was not informed parts were needed to be ordered, before anything could be done, until he showed up for the 8:00am appointment. A phone call before he made the trip out to the dealership would’ve been appreciated and professional. Another appointment was scheduled for today (4/8), in which the recall was dealt with and the oil was changed, as requested by my husband. This is, if not the first, the first in a long time we have used your service to change the oil. It was the most expensive we have ever paid and, at previous places we have used, they have vacuumed the inside and filled up the water tank, that cleans the windshield. I had that expectation today and was very disappointed to find neither were provided, even if it’s a simple added luxury. But, probably the most disappointing factor, in this experience, was the condition of the inside of my vehicle, when we picked it up, earlier today. My children’s two car seats were thrown in the back of the vehicle. Contents of the console compartment were scattered on the passenger floorboard. And, random things that were under the driver and passenger seats were scattered in the middle section floorboard. I understand that those who worked on the air bags needed to move things to do the work, but had I been advised that would be needed, I would’ve removed things myself. When I wasn’t told that was needed, the least I expected was for my vehicle to be in the same shape it was in when I left it. Please know, this isn’t about a refund or a lack of grace. We are all dealing with being short-handed and exhausted. But, as one who wants my work ethic to be professional and courteous, I wanted to share that today seemed anything but. . Jayme Wood More
