Almost. Service was fast and Rachel was very kind and professional. No complaints with her. I trust you serviced the insides, but, the outside (the first thing I saw when I walked up) was disappointing … I was told when I bought my truck from you that my services would include courtesy washes. When I get my vehicle back from service I want to feel like its still the sharp looking truck I bought from you. You fell short. More

Certainly not what it used to be I bought my truck when it was Durant Toyota. I remained happy with Durant except for the fact that I asked over and over to be removed from their cal I bought my truck when it was Durant Toyota. I remained happy with Durant except for the fact that I asked over and over to be removed from their calling list on sales. Then Durant changed to Shottenkirk and I HATE SHOTTENKIRK. They no longer take service calls but transfer you out to people that can't understand English. My service advisor ended up leaving (I miss you BLAKE) and ..... well, I had said before that the only reason I continued with Shottenkirk was because he was there. OH, and, the same service I had there for YEARS, now is double what I was paying and their car washes SUCK now. I am currently looking to find another dealership to go to. More
