Never received a call back from Michael after several attempts to reach him. Once I did reach him, his condescending and careless attitude was far from the customer service I would expect from this busin attempts to reach him. I will say that I have bought three cars from Shottenkirk and referred my parents who also bought a car recently but Michael Daugherty's poor customer service and overall attitude has made me choose another dealership for my next purchase. It honestly feels that Michael does not care about his customers unless their is a possibility they will buy a car, and after that he has no interests in customer service. More
I can’t speak for the sales side, but the service side is atrocious. I’m beyond frustrated with all aspects over a simple SCHEDULED oil change, as well as the overall experience of incredible rude employees. atrocious. The entire waiting room was furious, and I watched numerous people that came in AFTER me leave BEFORE me. My service advisor walked past me repeatedly without so much as acknowledging my ridiculously long wait. I hope I never have the awful fate of having to deal with this dealership again. More

I had on a mask out of respect for myself and for you, but the service helper did not have on a mask—Not when he approached my vehicle, or speaking with me, nor he didn’t offer to put on a mask, or ask if I was okay with him not wearing one. He was also even completely oblivious to the (minimal) 6ft. Social Distance guidance. It makes you seem like you are out of touch and don’t care about your employees, customers or community. There have been 9,669 deaths in Texas and 20 in Parker county from the virus. There were 200 new confirmed cases in Parker county yesterday. We need a new vehicle but we so be back until you get your act together. More

I am very concerned about contracting the virus and thus I have limited my exposure to establishments that make employees and customers wear masks. The most recent studies indicated that if an infected person wears a mask, transmission of the virus is reduced by 75%. If both parties wear a mask the transmission rate is reduced by 95%. Employees wearing a mask mean that I as a customer will feel safer. Not having employees wear masks means that the establishment does care for my health. Mask wearing is like not smoking in public. You can't control your germs any more than you can control you smoke. Smoking in public endangers the health of others - at this time not wearing a mask endangers the health of others. Remember: Wearing is caring! Please show that you care about your customers. More

In addition, turnaround on the staff seems to be high. When having my tires rotated they continually chip the gloss on my wheels around my lug nut holes. It's a result of someone being in a hurry and not taking their time. I've complained, but it's still happening. If it were a new vehicle I would take it somewhere else. Average price at Durant for the same service, with coupon, was around 70.00. With Shottenkirk it's a little over $100.00. More
