This was the first time using Shottenkirk Service Department for work on my Son's Tundra, so I had a lot of questions about the last time the Tundra had an oil change, tire rotation, alignment, etc. I had questions about how the Tundra tracks maintenance and if I can manually reset it like I can in my Infiniti M45. Y'all were really busy with a lot of cars, so I'm sure that was difficult taking time answering questions when there were so many cars. She was helpful answering my questions. More
