We dropped our Highlander off for Maintenance on Friday 09/17/21. The young lady that checked us in told us she would be working on our car. She asked what services were needed and I replied, "We have the 09/17/21. The young lady that checked us in told us she would be working on our car. She asked what services were needed and I replied, "We have the service warranty so whatever that covers". After 20 minutes we receive a phone call stating that car needed a new air filter and would cost 40.00. We have never had to pay anything with our service warranty agreement but gave the "go ahead" for the 40.00 charge. The upsetting and unprofessional attitudes of the employees at the time vehicle was picked up had us in disbelief! Not only were we told our balance due was 125.26 they then told us (AFTER the maintenance) that our service warranty had expired. Why wasn't I told this info BEFORE any maintenance??? Why were we told the cost was $40.00 but were charged 125.26 at the time of pickup??? We have always had an excellent experience with this dealership while the service warranty was in place but once that expired we were taken advantage of which is unacceptable!! Needless to say we will never return to Shottenkirk Toyota Weatherford and I will advise family and friends not to either! More

The problem I had was it took way too long for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Normally I would make an appointment and it would take about an hour or less. This time I had made an appointment and it took 3 hours. That’s a lot of time wasted in the waiting room. Messed up my whole day. More
