. Went to Shotttenkirk for an oil change. $78.00 later was on our way home. Got home and checked everything over as I usually do, only to find the eng. air filter was not checked as the cabin filter. Both was on our way home. Got home and checked everything over as I usually do, only to find the eng. air filter was not checked as the cabin filter. Both were plugged and nasty. . Replaced both myself. Don't know what happened and how it was missed, but it needs to be fixed. Contacted Shottenkirk, no response. Have two other Toyota's do not know if I will return. More

Everything went well in fact I had a recall and they tended to that, but I used to come for years. I left for about a year. And most of it was because little stuff was not being taken care of. They wanted to charge me $1,200 to fix an issue with a check engine light. They said it needed a new charcoal filter. I went home, tightened the gas cap, and the light went out.
