Had a scheduled appointment for oil change and they took my truck to the back and forgot it was there. Took twice as long to get the oil changed then any other time. Went in for some warranty work; got that done but now the back hatch on our 2018 4runner isn't opening. They also don't offer loaner vehicles for WARRANTY work so now we have to take the car back in and ride back hatch on our 2018 4runner isn't opening. They also don't offer loaner vehicles for WARRANTY work so now we have to take the car back in and ride share another few days so they can try and fix that issue, which wasn't an issue to begin with. Also, when you walk into the service bay, the service people almost seem to purposefully ignore you unless you just tap on the glass or just walk right into their office. More
