This will be the 3rd time I have to take it back for service, how do you forget to put a nut on a screw that hold the power source to the starter? Patrick Kemp and his assistant Ralph Humphrey are terrific! Their customer service and helpfulness was great. I will recommend family and friends to go see them if they are looking for a Toyota in th terrific! Their customer service and helpfulness was great. I assumed that scheduling an earlier appointment would have lead to a quicker turn around for a simple oil change. I was told initially that it would only take an hour to complete, but I ended up waiting have lead to a quicker turn around for a simple oil change. I was told initially that it would only take an hour to complete, but I ended up waiting almost 2.5 hours to get my truck back. The only update that I received was an 'ECU' update, but there was nothing provided besides that. Rachel tried to provide quality updates, but I believe she was not getting accurate information from the rest of her team. More

New Dealership does not equal better. Upon entering the service bay I was approached by a salesman wanting to get me a price on my vehicle and while waiting I was approached again.
