New building is nice. But my service dept associate showed very little concern for my time. Failed to fast-track a tire rotation when I'd already waited for my scheduled s But my service dept associate showed very little concern for my time. Failed to fast-track a tire rotation when I'd already waited for my scheduled service prior to that. Following the completion of the tire rotation, I was left waiting on the associate unnecessarily on multiple occasions (once when my vehicle was ready and I wasn't informed and again when I was waiting for the paperwork at my vehicle). Once again, great service. I walked what service I needed for my Tundra. My technician noticed I had a recall, and called me and they took care of that too. Great job! All communication needs to include info about the new location. I went to old location and found it closed. No messages to tell new location, etc. I called dealership to find out where to go.
