I cannot even begin to describe it how terrible of an operation is. This has been by far the worst car buying experience and service I have ever been a part of I continue to try and forgive and believe t operation is. They also sold me mini warranties and service plans that did not even become applicable to my vehicle. I have paid thousands of dollars out of pocket due to their negligence because I bought a service plan. I took my vehicle back recently for oil change were they proceeded to pour oil all over the undercarriage of my truck spilling it everywhere. When I received my vehicle completed other services, it had oil dripping onto the ground. I will never, and I repeat, never work with shotty Kirk ever again! More
