My husband took my car in this time and from what he said, service was less than stellar this time. He was not asked if there were any issues with the car when checked in. Basically he was told the ca said, service was less than stellar this time. He was not asked if there were any issues with the car when checked in. Basically he was told the car was getting an oil change and tires rotation and no other questions asked. No one came out to discuss findings or what the recommendations were, which has always happened when I have taken it in. Changed the cabin filter with no discussion. Also, again was told the free car wash could not be done because it was broken. I am told that every time I take my car in. Seems like an excuse not to do it, especially since you are at a new facility and location. My husband noticed the car in the drive/ready line and no one came to tell him it was ready, which happened to me the last time I took the car in myself. It also took over 2 hours get it serviced. Can only rate Sherry because never talked to Tim or Rachel. More
