The car repair took 11 days to fix an issue with the seatbelt. During this time I received minimal updates on the repair status. I wanted more updates from the service desk and quicker responses when I left a message via voicemail or text. Never during this time was I offered an alternative for transportation. I was lucky I had one, but this would be quite the strain on single car drivers. Also, the service representative needed to be reminded of an additional diagnostic I wanted looked at that they did not note when I dropped the car off and told them. More
It’s all about money, they are pushy and try to sell to you. First he said we need a tire rotation, afterwards they forgot to rotate tires because he forgot to request it. I waited over 1. 5 hours for an oil change. After I asked for an update it took over 15 minutes to get back with me. Normally I get an oil change between 30 and 40 m 5 hours for an oil change. I sat in the waiting area for an hour until I became impatient and asked the man in charge of scheduling maintenance how much longer it was going to take. He told me that he had no clue. So I asked him if he could find out and he was unable. I waited another 30 minutes and did not think it was worth it to wait any longer so I left. I bought my car from them, but it was very obvious that since I was not paying for any services that day, helping me did not matter to them. They just want your money and this is all they care about. I will never go back and I will give my money to someone else. More
