I was surprised to find that Durant Toyota had a 2009 4 door 4wd Tacoma for about the same money as 2007 similar Tacomas were selling for in Dallas, even though it had fewer miles! The drive to Weatherford was definitely worth the effort. Just as my previous experience with a Durant dealership had been a pleasant experience, so was this time. Isaac was great to work with! Very laid back and easy going. He showed me the features of the truck and talked about his experience with Toyotas, but never once came across with the type of 'hard sell' that make people dread going to some car dealerships. In fact, after I had already agreed to purchase the truck, Isaac noticed that the truck needed floormats, something that I had overlooked, and threw them in at no charge. I wanted to let you know what a terrific experience I had from the dealership. First, I work out on oil/gas rigs in the North Texas area..so time is one of the most valuable things to me. I had test drove a Toyota Tundra in Denton and reinforced my love for this particular vehicle. I spoke with 2 other dealerships (Grapevine and another that doesn't come to mind) I spoke with the internet sales departments and let them know the vehicle I was looking for..not only did these dealerships seem to completely ignore what I was asking of them, but they NEVER returned a phone call (guess they thought I was joking). My wife has had terrible experiences in the past with the process of buying a new car and she was the one who was going to have to bargain/sign/take delivery of the vehicle...so needless to say she was not happy about having to do this. I called Durant and was transferred to Ines Zak. I was immediately pleased with her attitude/enthusiasm to assist me. I told her exactly what I had asked of the other dealerships and she followed up with me immediately with results I was looking for and not days. When my wife came in she was greeted with open arms by Ines Zak who guided her through this process and made it very stress free. Once bargaining began I was transferred to Matt Ramsey who was extremely fair in negotiating a price. We are all used to going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth....etc. However, this was an offer counter offer and a sale. Couldn't be more pleased! I will recommend EVERY person interested in the purchasing a vehicle to your dealership. You have an outstanding team from myself and my wife's experience in this process!!
