Steve Webb, the salesman, was very courteous and helpful. He did not apply any high-pressure tactics and was honest in saying when he did not know an answer but would find out--and did. I returned to let Mr. Webb help me with this second car purchase from the dealership. Daylin Ratzlaff, in the parts department, handled the order and programming of a transmitter and the need for a couple of minor items with great courtesy and efficiency. The two men I dealt with in the finance department--Tex and Al--were also very professional. I felt that the satisfaction of the customer is a priority at Durant Toyota and Jerry's GMC in Weatherford, TX. More
