Then he personally fought for us to receive the very best price. Since the purchase, Steve has kept in touch with us and every now and then I get to go and talk with him over a cup of coffee. He doesn't try to hurry me up to get me out of the way so he can try and grab another customer for a sale. He understands that customer relationship does not end after the sale, but just begins. Worked with Matt & Krista to locate a new 2010 4Runner that had all of the options we wanted. Matt was able to trade out for one in Houston and we purchased after it was transported up to Durnat Weatherfo that had all of the options we wanted. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make us comfortable. Kevin was very helpful helping us know what would be best for us in financing. Joey went out of his way to help us. I am a returning customer to Jerry's, having pruchased a 2004 1/2 Ton Silverado Crew-Cab in 2004. Great expereince then with the Chevy store and an equally great expereince this time buying a 2011 Toyota S 2004 1/2 Ton Silverado Crew-Cab in 2004. Great expereince then with the Chevy store and an equally great expereince this time buying a 2011 Toyota Sienna at the Toyota store. I did allot of work on the internet with Michael Baird, who was very responsive and did an excellent follow up for all my questions. He was instrumental in getting me the lowest price on this vehicle and was the only person I negotiated price with...no doulbe teaming with someone higher up, if fact, no high pressure arm twisting at all. He said they would beat anypother dealers price and they did. Kevin, in Finance, was very courteous, and was able to beat the best financing rate I found on the internet or elsewhere, and I had shopped this extensively before doing the deal. Also, kevin, unlike many finance managers, was very down to earth, non-pressure type of man to deal with. The 2011 Toyota Sienna is in small supply as it is very new and selling very well. Jack Money, the Jerry's Toyota store Manager took the information we told him we wanted in a Sienna and found what we wanted and had the car brought to the dealership (without any commitment from us) for us to look at. We got the color and option package we asked for within 24 hours of our request (just as he committed to do). We looked the vehicle over, drove it, and agreed on the price in 10 minutes. Jack's commitment to getting us what we wanted was met beyond our expectations. The buying process was very hassle free. I have dealt with the Jerry's Weatherford Auto group for service and sales since 2001, when we moved from So Calif to Texas and have always been very pleased with the courtesy and service at this autogroup. They stand behind their commitments and have integrity. Anyone in the DFW area who is shopping for GM/Toyota/Nissan/Hyundai should visit Jerry's in Weatherford and see what they have to offer. More

Our salesperson was very friendly, informative and honest. The whole process from test driving the vehicle to the finance department took approximately one hour. Asbel Garza! That pretty much sums it up. He is very professional, friendly, busy, and probably most important of all extremely patient. It is to be expected from a dealer I have now bought two cars fro professional, friendly, busy, and probably most important of all extremely patient. It is to be expected from a dealer I have now bought two cars from. He worked us a deal that fit and we bought. We went to the dealer several times, and it took a while to figure out a way to finance it. Although the dealer was unable to finance it the way we wanted, we found a loan through our own bank. We test drove vehicles, and after we purchased, while the vehicle was getting fixed up, they gave us a vehicle on loan to furfill our needs while the job was getting done. Furthermore, when we asked for a comprehensive coverage on the vehicle, we didn't get a no, we got a yes (which was sort of unexpected). Although the coverage added a sum to the total cost of the car, we got what we wanted how we wanted it. The vehicle was a Toyota Matrix XRS Used with a relatively low mileage. Also, when we asked for a Carfax report on the vehicle we recieved it immediatly with no questions asked. Dealer was up front with our credit information to explain why financing through the dealer was improbable. More
