I wanted to let you know what a terrific experience I had from the dealership. First, I work out on oil/gas rigs in the North Texas area..so time is one of the most valuable things to me. I had test drove a Toyota Tundra in Denton and reinforced my love for this particular vehicle. I spoke with 2 other dealerships (Grapevine and another that doesn't come to mind) I spoke with the internet sales departments and let them know the vehicle I was looking for..not only did these dealerships seem to completely ignore what I was asking of them, but they NEVER returned a phone call (guess they thought I was joking). My wife has had terrible experiences in the past with the process of buying a new car and she was the one who was going to have to bargain/sign/take delivery of the vehicle...so needless to say she was not happy about having to do this. I called Durant and was transferred to Ines Zak. I was immediately pleased with her attitude/enthusiasm to assist me. I told her exactly what I had asked of the other dealerships and she followed up with me immediately with results I was looking for and not days. When my wife came in she was greeted with open arms by Ines Zak who guided her through this process and made it very stress free. Once bargaining began I was transferred to Matt Ramsey who was extremely fair in negotiating a price. We are all used to going back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth....etc. However, this was an offer counter offer and a sale. Couldn't be more pleased! I will recommend EVERY person interested in the purchasing a vehicle to your dealership. You have an outstanding team from myself and my wife's experience in this process!! Ous sons Scion XB recently had a major mechanical problem. We had it towed to Durant Toyota in Weatherford Texas where we met with Andy Scoggins. He did just that he called us with news of progress and never seem to mind when I called him with more questions. He was always very kind and understanding. We always felt we were in good hands. My husband and I are considering buying a Prius in the next year and althought Andy does not sell vehicles we have decided to make our purchase at Durant Toyota because of tne service we recieved from Andy and the entire service department. When I bought my 2010 Tundra pickup in June 2009, I wanted to have the dealership install a back-up camera, but alas, the truck was so new that Toyota had not yet asssembled a kit for dealer installs. wanted to have the dealership install a back-up camera, but alas, the truck was so new that Toyota had not yet asssembled a kit for dealer installs. I spoke with the parts department and Mr. Aronson said he would follow up and let me know when the kit became available. Lo and behold 11 months later, he called to ask if I was still interested in the back up camera. When I said yes, he ordered the kit and arranged with Service to install it. I am delighted first with his follow-up after so many months...and secondly with the excellent quality of the camera. I could have purchased an aftermarket camera...but it would not have been as good as this Toyota one. I am glad I waited and thank Mr. Aronson for his attention to detail. Because of folks like him, Durant Toyota is the only place I would go to have my vehicle serviced...and when it comes time to replace the truck...I will buy from them again. More

I am very pleased with the Service Representative, David Carlson. He is always cheerful, friendly, and goes out of his way to accommodate my needs. I took my vehicle in last week for a recall problem I was notified about and David made arrangements for me to use a loaner vehicle so I could attend to some business I needed to take care of while I was in Weatherford. I greatly appreciated this as it saved me a lot of time since my car was at the dealership over 2 hours. I always ask for David Carlson because he is so nice to deal with. Early on I was greeted by a service rep by the name of Ryan when I first began taking my vehicle in for service and he was not friendly at all. I do not want to deal with this service rep at any time. I am writing this review because I want the dealership to know that David Carlson is an asset to your organization.
