Larry by far went above and beyond to help me with a used vechile purchase. I have been looking for a jeep for six months and had one pop up on Craigslist. I was finally able to call and was informed it was sold and Larry said if anything changed he would call. Low and behold the deal fell through and Larry immediately called me to inform me the good news. I live in Austin so ofcourse I couldn't jump ship and drive up. So Larry took a credit card hold till I could make it up on Thursday. The purchase was easy and fast besides me being hard headed trying to find a lower interest rate.I was extremely happy and impressed with the level of service he provided. Thank you again. More

That's when we got with Will Green and he begain to work his magic. As I braced for bad news,Chad Avery & I talked about friends we shared in Midlothian.This kept me at ease. When Will said "we're ready", I wasn't prepared for what he put together. Not only did I get a great price on my 2010 Tacoma SR5 Crew Cab but,exactly what I needed on trade.My payment went down and we financed 60 not 72 months. Then Will proceeds to tell me about the 2 years free service I get.This was icing on the cake. Not once did I feel like these three guys were anything but honest salesman looking out for my best interest.This is what great customer service is all about.Normally I do not get the extended warranty.My decision to do so was based more on the treatment I recieved than the security of a warranty. Anybody looking for a great dealership should make the drive to Weatherford.You will not be disappointed.I'm a customer for life thanks to these gentlemen. More

The Sales Person, Jeremy Crutcher, took extra care and effort to find the Toyota Camry LE that was just the right color and had all the options that I particularly wanted. They also offered to drive to our home with us to pick up the vehicle that we were going to trade in so that we would not have to go home and then come back. There were no high pressure sales tactics used and no tricks. The person in the Finance Department was very knowledgeable and showed me several options. This has been a very pleasant experience. M. We were not disappointed and could easily tell why they are so #1. We hooked up with Chad Avery, a very knowledgeable, personable and low-pressure salesman. We were able to consummate a deal on a 2010 Prius within 24 hours. What I appreciate about Chad is his follow-up. I had several questions about the car and one minor touch-up to deal with and Chad was more than accommodating. He actually stopped by the house and we were able to resolve these open items. Additionally, I was having trouble setting up the Bluetooth system and Chad offered to once again come to the house and assist. Service is extremely important to us and I always make a point to wander around the service area. Durant has the cleanest, most customer-friendly area of any of the dealerships we visited over the past two months. Overall, a great experience. More

I shopped (mostly via internet)11 dealers in the North Texas area during my search for a new Toyota Rav4. Many of these dealerships were very slow with quoted replys and in response to questions. Some salesmen did not answer my questions or tried to sell me stuff I did not ask for or need. A few even used pressure tactics in their emails like "there are only two of these available in the whole state". Sedric was the best of the lot. He is not a high pressure salesman. He is very pleasant to work with. He answered all of my questions in a precise, timely manner. Many of the other salespeople contacted did not do what they said what they would do. Sedric always did. He follwed through on every question and point that I raised, and I appreciated that. He paid attention to detail and was a good listener. He is, in short, a very good communicator. It was a pleasure to work with Sedric. Sedric, and Durant came in with the best offer, and the best service all the way through my research, shopping, and final selection. Will in the finance department explained my purchase options extremely well and he used no tricks or high pressure sales techniques to push add-ons or services that were of no interest to me. He is easy going. He is also a good communicator, and a nice guy. The closing only took 15 minutes. Durant even loaned me a car at no charge for a few days until my RAV4 arrived. This was an unexpected gift. I really appreciated this courtesy since it was the week before Christmas. I picked my 2011 Rav4 on Christmas Eve, 2010, and have really enjoyed it so far.I highly recommend Sedric and Durant if you are shopping for a new Toyota.
